I have filed my complaint by certified mail to the South Dakota Secretary of State, Jason Gant. It has been almost 2 weeks and I have yet to hear from his office, so I called yesterday. Secretary said he was out of his office and I left my info. and asked for a callback. Nothing so far. |

Dr. Taitz, I just got off the phone with the SoS staffer and he said that they wait until they get a letter from the party stating who the nominee is. I talked for a good 30 minutes telling him about the fradulent SS# and how Susan Daniels found it, I told him about Linda Jordan running his # through E-verify, I even told him about baby Sunahara and Bill Ayers book and how he and his wife stole dead baby’s identies and got their social security numbers the way Obama most likely did as well, I told him about Georgia getting the contract to build nuclear power plants after Kemp gave Obama the green light, I told him about the Mahili having no credentials and gave Obama the green light although he gave him a default and Obama ignored his suponea and how Obama claimed he was reducing our nukes after Mahili’s green light, I told him about Mario Arpuzzo’s scholarly article on Article II and how every SOS will most likely be imprisoned from the fall out and I told him about Judge Land sharing the same SS# as Obama, and about Obama’s alias, Harrison J. Bounel that came from one of Michelle Obama’s parent’s dead tennants, he really got an earful, he listened to every word I said and thanked me for all the information. No telling what he will do with it but at least he knows the truth now.

Dear Jason Gant, Sec of State for South Dakota:
It is with great concern that I find the need to write to you on an urgent matter.
Since I have been a tax paying citizen of these United States most all of my life, and love my country where I was born, I would like the laws of this wonderful land upheld. However, it seems those in powerful positions are objecting to justice. I can speak for myself and many others who do not appreciate how our government has been insulting our Constitution, and therefore I am appealing to you to answer a response that seems to have been ignored, Sir.
Our Constitution is the law of this land. As a citizen, I am rather concerned if you can or cannot admitted to a mistake if you have made one, and any and all of those who consider that the sitting president was vetted properly, if he is who he claims to be; “A Natural Born Citizen;” the requirement to be both the President of the United States and Our Commander in Chief.
Why would someone expected corruption in this high office? Obviously, it can happen. Many of us have written those in Congress. I have written to everyone who has a seat in both the Senate and in the House of Representatives on this matter, however all seem to want to avoid the consequences in upholding the laws of our land. Is that what you are doing?
I do not believe this problem is going to go away just because those responsible do not want to address it. There are far too many of us who will be tenacious enough without the support of the media, to get the word out. I know this email to you will be blind copied to at least 500 people, so I asked that you answer Dr. Orly Taitz’s request(s). We cannot stand idly by and watch what has been happening to our great nation, and do nothing.
We the People of these United States want justice for our country, and therefore we are willing to sacrifice a lot of our time, energy, and reputation to seek it.
What are you willing to do? I hope and pray that you have an inner conviction to be fair and just, and thus will care enough to stand for justice.

I emailed Mr Gant and requested that he ignore any and all birther contacts. The people’s money shouldn’t be wasted on this foolishness.
