   Hi Orly,

   With all due respect this bill is unconstitutional. Congress has the power to declare war and needs to have the power of the purse to ensure they continue to have the power to declare war. This bill would take the majority of the budget out of their control. This is not a good thing as it puts the power of the budget in the hands of the executive branch tipping the balance of power into the hands of the executive.

   1) I think it is unprincipled to demand Obama/Soetoro to sign whichever in the world. He is nothing, an impostor: Who cares what he signs?.. Don’t give him any legitimacy, because he has nothing.

   2) With all my deep sympathy to rank and file soldiers voluntarily putting their lives on the line, in the moment they chose to VOLUNTARILY serve in the Red Army USA (https://www.resonoelusono.com/2008vs1917.htm), because the entire Army has violated its oath to uphold the Constitution, and it listens to the orders of the foreign usurper “Commander-in-thief”. Do not demand the preservation of their payment if this illegal government shuts down. It is this government which they chose to serve to and to uphold. Perhaps, if their salary stops, it will help them to realize that they made a wrong choice so that they rush to topple this illegal government. Better later than never.

   Barry the imposter is calling the military’s bluff.

   I wouldnt be surprised if he pissed off the military..

   He has his own loon squad..DHS..

   If Dawn Higgins can send back a no response, she is literally giving the middle digit to orly.

   She represents the problem with society, no intelligence, cant think for herself, think she is above the law and is a brat..

   Rememember brats have no common sense and so it is really hard to deal with a brat who cant respond intelligently.

   I guess she had to get her supervisor to tell her what to put on the letter.

   I bet she is surprised I know this.

   Why? That’s how they operate..When you are a flake and have no integrity, how else can I describe you Dawn Higgins.

   Even the CIA analyst who refused to sign the disclosure knows a TRAITOR when they see one.

   God Bless and protect this CIA ANALYST….
