California controller warns of $72 billion unfunded retiree benefits

I thought governor moonbeam and the shockandawecrats said the budget was balanced in CA.
Oh.. That’s right. They have a imaginary credit card where they can report imaginary monies.
Just like our imaginary jobs report of 5%..those imaginary people in the imaginary houses are working at imaginary jobs..
Pretty soon CA will have a surplus and no one will be unemployed. Zeros…
