If it takes riots in the streets to stand for the Constitution and kick an illegitimate President out of office, then bring it on.   The civil war took close to 600,000 largely white men to bring freedom for all.   Freedom  from Tyranny costs a great price as always.  The usurper could have avoided it all if he was an honest man. That makes two reasons to legally kick him out.

    Orly and co. I have just read about Judge Carter´s granting of Dismissal. Words cannot describe how sick I feel – and ANGRY at this manifest injustice and dis-service to Americans. Orly, you have been brilliant but you are truly leading a battle against Satan and his minions…….. May G-D bless and protect you and USA and give courage to the American Military who MUST defend the Constitution which has been trampled under-foot by these cowardly, treacherous politicians and judges

    “no standing” in the corrupt courts. Words can not describe what I am feeling. We are a civil people but the time is coming for revolution. Eternal HELL has a special place for Barry Soetoro and the Washington garbage. As for the Federal Reserve Bankers that have stolen our treasury, its only paper. The jokes on all of you. What does it profit a man if he gains the

    Sorry I called you at a bad time. Briefly you responded to my Article 1, Sect. 9 comment on the Constitution prohibiting the “…International Bar Association or any other agency that grants titles of nobility from operating in America.”
    However, I don’t think the ORIGINAL 13th amendment evidence collected by David Dodge and others is “nonsense” or irrelevant. Getting ALL lawyers out of public office is the solution to ‘the people’ regaining contol of the government. But bringing the 13th to light would impose a possibly greater and more volitle hurdle to substantiate the argument just as the “birther” approach has faced.

    I just read the judges order about an hour ago. Within the scope of his comment, sure he is correct, it is not within the COURTS power to remove an unqualified office holder. What this judge did do is deftly avoid a political fireball. He had EVERY right and authority to RULE that the office holder was not QUALIFIED. Therein then would be the grounds to petition congress to impeach or remove. Oh well?
    This more than anything makes it more important to validate any potential authenticity of the original 13th amendment material.

    After reading the dribble from Judge Carter, my only thoughts are ‘May GOD have mercy on his soul’, as this man has decided to abandon his ethics and moral character and sworn duty as both a military officer and judge.

    I have been screaming at my neighbors all day about this but they refuse to listen! They close their doors and their windows like they close their MINDS but I WILL BE HEARD! I have a RIGHT to scream at the top of my lungs about this Kenyan Usurper taking away ALL OUR RIGHTS. AND I WILL KEEP SCREAMING EVEN IF THEY KILL ME.

    true but we have a problem.. we no longer have a legal system….. not even the supreme court jesters

    remember … they had a case against obama pending and illegally met with him behind closed doors?

    judge land used information on his ruling that was not even evidence and tried to scare us off with big fines

    and then carter the week before ruling on this case hired a clerk from the very peope who are defending obama… at your expense i may hadd
