Breaking: correct decision by a federal judge. A motion filed by an attorney of a porn actress to depose President Trump was denied

Breaking: correct decision by a federal judge. A motion filed by an attorney of a porn actress to depose President Trump was denied.

A Federal Judge  in the US District Court in Los Angeles, S. James Otero, gave Trump’s attorney an opportunity to file a motion to dismiss this whole case and compel a binding arbitration.

A non-disclosure agreement contains a binding arbitration clause, meaning that any dispute in relation to this agreement will need to be resolved through a private closed arbitration, not an open court.

I believe that after Michael Cohen files this motion, the judge will quickly dismiss the case and will compel the parties to go to a private closed arbitration, where Cohen will get a large amount for breach by this Storm-y in a tea cup. I believe this circus act of a porn actress and her attention grabbing attorney will come to an end soon and people will concentrate on what is really important for the country, such as jobs, wages and national security.

If media continues this hounding, it will only backfire. Remember, independent voters were put off by the impeachment of Clinton, they felt that it was a storm in a tea cup about a private matter that was not important to voters and Clinton got re-elected and Republicans lost seats. Democrats will lose if they continue with this three ring circus.

Michael Cohn needs a new lawyer. I watched the guy who is representing him get interviewed by Megan Kelly. I don’t like her, but I have to admit, she made him look terrible. And if she can do it, Stormy Daniels’ lawyer can do it better.

“Condemnation without investigation is the highest level of ignorance” Einstein

Dr Taitz, how sad that our justice system is everything but but blind.
How scary it is to see innocent , hard working people having their reputation destroyed by rumors without being investigated and subsequently financially broken by the fake or lack of due process.
In today’s world everyone is at risk for defamation.

Nobody is above the law applied only applied to honest people..

The left have some very strange “idiosyncrasies,” as it relates to trying to get Trump out of office!

I wonder how much she was paid to try this novel, uneffective routine?
