Bergs best effort in months period is to go after a patriot! This guy is 3 cans short of a six pack. He lost my attention with his all of sudden update on his website. This is a red flag period. Mr Berg don’t you make this the 2nd biggest hoax on people trying to take a hard working lawyer down!

    What is in Bergs sealed case?

    Did he only go after Obama to protect Hillary?
    When Hillary got her deal to be Secretary of State, did Berg call off the dogs by Sealing the Case?
    This sealed case is under the heading of the False Claims Act.
    Is this another route to follow?
    Did Berg hire the Fraudster to give him deniability and a cut-out if Hillary changed her mind about going after Obama?

    False claim act- means that somebody defrauded US government, government can get it’s money back and plaintiff get’s 11% as a whistleblower. This case was not sealed at the begining. From what I recall, he says that Obama was not a citizen at all,the government should get his salary of a senator back- I believe it is some $700,000 for 4 years and Berg should get a customary commission as a whistleblower- some $80,000. I don’t believe it is going anywhere. It is hard to get them to hear a case saying that he is not a Natural Born Citizen. Do you think the government will will decide that he is not a citizen at all and will ask for his salary back and will give Berg 11%?
