What happened to Apuzzo?
Posted on | August 27, 2009 | 10 Comments
BARELY being computer “literate” I do not know what “RTR actnet” is.
As to Apuzzo’s lawsuit, I am in the same boat, he hasn’t replied to my emails either. I have phoned him and left a message with a girl who I fear may have been hired for her bra size rather than her IQ. I will keep you advised if he returns my call. I HOPE he hasn’t turned his effort into a revenue producing one rather than a judicial effort (as I think Berg and several others did).
Thanks again for your efforts!

The last I knew, Mario Apuzzo was waiting for a response to his submission which was sent in to the court at the end of July. Perhaps the judge(s) involved has/have been on vacation. I remember he said that if Obama’s attorneys ask to dismiss, they will appeal to the next court, possibly the Supreme Court.
From my observations, Attorney Apuzzo does not publicize a lot about his case. He has done some radio shows, which were excellent, and posted some brief updates when there has been something to report, but doesn’t like to expound too much on what is going on. He might not know anything at this point.

Dick Irish:
No, the Kerchner et al action is not at all a fund-raiser for the attorney, Mr. Apuzzo. The Lead Plaintiff, though, it trying to raise funds to continue the series of full-page advertorials on the eligibility issue that have been running for several weeks now in the Washington Times National Weekly newspaper.
When put together these articles make a wonderful primer on the eligibility issue. They DO cost actual money, however, and so far the Plaintiffs and free-will contributors have been funding them. If you’d like to do something helpful, check the website ProtectOurLiberty.org and make a contribution.
As for attorney Apuzzo, his legal work is being done pro bono and none of the funds just mentioned go the him in any way. As for his returning emaile, phone calls, etc. I wouldn’t think that likely as he has MORE THAN enough to fill his plate since aside from the Pro Bono eligibility issue he has a “normal” law practice he runs.
I don’t know what “RTR actnet” is either – where did you hear of it? What is it you like to find out from Mr. Apuzzo? There’s a huge amount of information about the eligibility case on his blog – have you tried there?

One thing about Mario that neither Orly or Berg have done was to have written several position papers on his stand on the definition and meaning of a natural born citizen. While he is quiet in the press he makes his position loud and clear in his blog.
BTW: RTR actnet is Restore the Republic Action Network, and that big boobed girl on the phone is his wife, who happens to be a very nice person conversant in several languages.
What I find more than interesting is why such a disparaging email on Orly’s site, please tell me she is not still trying to bad mouth other attorneys in our mutual battle.

I do check his blog and it appears they are waiting for the judge to make a decision. The judge has stated it is an important issue, and Mario Apuzzo has stated that he expects that either side will appeal the decision, thus the judge may take his time to make a judgment that will look good from a legal view as it will definitely be appealed by one side or the other.

If you are looking for interesting reading, look at naturalborncitizen.wordpress.com. While Leo Donofrio can be a jerk when talking about Orly, his posts about being a natural born citizen are very interesting.
He also writes about a group of students at UCONN which found an article (in a Law journal) written in the Summer 1884 (while Chester Arthur was president) which deals directly with the natural born citizen issue. I think it is a very interesting development in the issue.

Dick Irish,
Mr. Apuzzo is very approachable if done so in the right way. He answered the one email I sent to him. Please go to https://puzo1.blogspot.com. Pick out one of his commentaries and click on the “comments” section. Ask anything you want. If it is worthy of a response, he will.
FYI: Mr. Apuzzo is working PRO BONO, and he plays his legal cards close to his chest.
His client, Charles F. Kerchner, is one hell of a stand-up guy. I have had many phone conversations with him and exchange emails often. Mr. Kerchner could use help in raising money for his full page ads.
The off-color comment about a woman being hired for her bra size rather than her IQ is in very poor judgement. Down right sleazy. What if that had been Mr. Apuzzo’s daughter answering the phone?
To find this kind of slur on Dr. Orly Taitz’ blog site is sadly disappointing. Do you think this is cute? It is not. What did Mr. Apuzzo do to Dr. Taitz to merit allowing such sleaze to be prominetly displayed for all your readers to see?

As Charles and Mario say you cannot rush the judge; he will take his time, look at the merits of the pleadings and when he is satisfied he will render his decision. Until then a prudent person or attorney would leave the judge alone; I am sure he and his law staff are researching deep into the statutes, prior cases that are relivant to NBC. I for one can be patient.

Mario Apuzzo = puzo1.blogspot -dot- com
It’s a very good site with lots of detailed information on the subject in question.
RTR = Restore the Republic (restoretherepublic -dot- net)
Orly’s page at RTR = restoretherepublic -dot- net/orly/
The JAG Hunter likes to call Orly ‘A Fool’ and ‘Stupid’. He isn’t missed but he might be found behind a bottle somewhere.

Another disappointment. Once again my comments are not posted.
