I received an e-mail, stating that I am wrong and a web site therightsideoflife.com supposedly posted Judge Lazzara’s orders. Please, notice, the orders that were published by this web site, are old orders from July 27; the ones that are still sealed, are orders from August 6, Order#10,11.

Every decent citizen should demand removal from the bench of Richard A Lazzara. His actions showed bias and corruption and total disrespect of the Constitution.

A number of people have asked me what to do. Here some options:

1. You can make signs and protest in front of this federal court building

2. You can protest in front of all the corrupt  networks, that refuse to provide truthful information: CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, FOX, AP

3. You can write to Lazzara himself and demand his resignation, recusal from this case and reconsideration

4. You can demand action from all of your state and US representatives and senators and demand that they bring the issue of Obama’s illegitimacy and suspected illegal activity to their judicial committees

5. You can demand criminal investigation by the US attorney’s office and Attorney deneral’s office of violation of  Major Cook’s constitutional rights  by Obama, Gates and Lazzara

6. You can make signs and demonstrate in front of the White House, dep of Justice and Dep of Homeland security

You’ve been writing on the blogs for a year now, it will not solve the problem. Get of the couch, make signs, bring along your friends and relatives and demand answers from all of the corrupt officials. If they don’t clean up their act,  if they don’t stop this fraud and treason, they need to be removed from office and prosecuted. Enough is enough.

    Orly:
    Keith Olberman called you a conwoman in the Cook Matter—he should be sued for libel, slander, for HE has no right to characterize honest professional efforts in that degrading personal manner. Story is on WND Today’s article.

    Attacking him–and the jerk left himself wide open–would be an opportunity to attack him and his network and get greater exposure.

    Dr. Taitz, neither you nor Phil at https://www.therightsideoflife.com is wrong, but you each read Judge Lazzara’s orders differently.

    Phil says that items 10 and 11 originated from item 6, Judge Lazzara’s order dismissing your motion to reconsider. Strictly speaking, that is inaccurate. Judge Lazzara’s orders in items 10 and 11 originated from your items 8 and 9, which in turn originated from item 6… a fine distinction, perhaps.

    You are looking for missing or concealed “Endorsed Orders” for items 10 and 11.
    “10 ENDORSED ORDER denying 8 Motion for Recusal as frivolous and wholly without merit. Signed by Judge Richard A. Lazzara on 8/6/2009.”
    THIS, and not a missing attachment, IS ALL OF THE ENDORSED ORDER which Judge Lazzara signed. Without further comment, Judge Lazzara “ENDORSED [and signed this] ORDER denying 8 Motion for Recusal as frivolous and wholly without merit.” He did not explain this order, he did not write an opinion, he did not give any ruling that could be parsed and interpreted. His order was simply, “motion denied as frivolous and wholly without merit.” Likewise for his order #11.

    Judge Lazzara wrote no secret opinions or sealed orders for 10 or 11. All the orders that exist on your motions 8 and 9 are what you see in 10 and 11. He ruled, “NO”, and he did not say, “WHY”.
