I need volunteers in England ASAP

The British Overseas Pensioners’ Association represents the interests of people who served in former British colonial territories of the British Empire. Their wesbite is
https://www.ospa.gov.uk and their email is mail@ospa.gov.uk
Telephone: +44-1732-363836

They also have a Kenya Administration Club run by
peter.fullerton@btinternet.com and an East African society
run by pamsparrow44@hotmail.com

I suggest someone contact them about E.F. Lavender who served in Mombassa Kenya in 1961. It’s possible that he’s alive. Once one knows his city of residence, one can access his phone number at:
https://www.thephonebook.bt.com

Last but not least: if he’s alive, I know a senior British judge in Leeds who would be willing to accept a legal deposition.

Good luck!

Josh

    Josh,

I have done a whole UK search on an online people trace site and found a number of people who may include the EF Lavender you are looking for. It’s an unusual name. So, not too many of them and the site also gives age of the person. You can leave a message on my blog, messages being moderated, or contact me on the email address I have provided above.

    Hi Josh,

Request sent this date to a retired former employee of British Gov with request for RSVP. If he is on vacation, I will not get a reply.

Otherwise I will get an acknowledgement within 24 hours.

Oh you’re obviously very close then. FFS you don’t even know if this senior (I’m presuming retired) Judge is even alive.

The birth certificate is a fake. Kenya did not become a republic until December 1964, four months AFTER Obama was born.

The http://www.192.com service in the UK gives much more detailed information such as person’s age and profession.
It requires payment of a fee.
It may not be necessary to have location of residence.

There is a telephone help line which may advice on this search.

I support your cause, fully. But I need to let you know that the Kenyen BC you have post is FAKE. Look at some of the stuff on it. EF LAvender is a laundry detergent, the number 44O47, 44th president, the letter “O”, hes 47 years old. Please have your people check stuff like this . I hope you dont look foolish after this.

    Hi!

My contact in the UK says he cannot provide this information, but he will put out some feelers to see what can be done.

    Will advise.

Lest we are unaware, the Sec. of State (Clinton) is on an African tour, courtesy of we taxpayers, which includes meetings in Kenya, today or tomorrow. Perhaps a trouble-shooting mission pursuant to past record-keeping activities regarding the usurper Obama/Soetoro?

Hello Orly. I found a reference to a Lavender. I can’t make out the first two initials. https://ratevin.com/story.php?id=22269.

Then I thought perhaps I’d research the hospital where he was born. I found the lady mentioned in the article Katherine Biddy. It has a similar woman listed in Cedar Rapids, Iowa at age 91. I didn’t think much of all the other listings under the same name but this one stuck out. The ebay seller that claimed to have a kenyan BC, lived in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Here is the info on the hospital:

“It was opened on 20th May, 1950 by Sir Charles Mortimer, Commissioner of Lands and the first Matron was Miss Jane Warden O.B.E. She was to be Matron for 15 years. The next development phase was the construction in 1960 of the Maternity Ward, initially known as the Baby Wing. This was made possible by a substantial gift from Mrs. Katherine Biby of a well known British Shipping family following the death of her husband and son in the same year. In 1962, with Mrs. Bibby’s permission, the Hospital was renamed The Katherine Bibby Hospital. By the time Kenyan became independent on 12th December 1963, any racial barriers that remained from the colonial past had been removed but in many quarters there existed the belief that the Katherine Bibby catered mainly for the Europeans. As part of the campaign to correct the misapprehension the name was changed back to The Mombasa Hospital.”

The last piece of info I gathered was a statement about the BC on your blog. A Mark Justin had reason to be leary. Here is his comment:

    –contributor Mark Justin writes this–
    =====================================
Bottom left corner “Republic of Kenya”
Bottom right corner “17th day of February, 1964”
Kenya became independent on December 12, 1963.
Kenya became “Republic of Kenya” on December 12, 1964.
Between these two dates Kenya was known as the Dominion of Kenya.

It is *possible* that the Kenyan bureaucracy anticipated the expected
transition to Republic status and put the words “Republic of Kenya” on some
    of its forms in advance.

But this is unlikely. It would be helpful for WND to immediately back
    away
from this document, making the above argument (including the “it is
possible” reservation), and should take charge of its vetting, if possible,
so that it can take the credit of proving or disproving it.
    ========================================

Now what I found out today concerning the dates:

In 1988, the Imperial British East Africa Company set up headquarters in Mombasa. British rule of Mombasa became official in 1895 when they leased a stretch of the coast including the port city from the Sultan of Zanzibar. Officially this coastal strip still belonged to Zanzibar until ceded to a newly independent Kenya in 1963.

This is the website I attained this information.

    GOD BLESS YOU AND YOURS.
