Not to sound too cynical, but where were all these pols and Congress critters last year and in the period leading up to the inauguration and since, while you’ve been waging your lonely, heroic fight?
Oh well — when you’ve a pile of trash to get rid of, you need a garbageman; when your toilet is stopped up, you need a plumber. I guess even pols or congress critters have their uses.
BTW, I saw Mario Apuzzo’s latest filing in Kerchner et al vs. Obama et al, where he suggested that not only would all acts/appointments by Obama be voided, but even Biden’s position as VP should also be voided. Imagine that — Nancy Pelosi assuming presidency.

Dear Dr. Orly-I see that you have many new friends, we are all so glad.
Many of us on your web-site are Democrats, to me this whole issue is about the Constitution. I think you have many friends who are Democrats. I am Catholic and I am just trying to keep up with Obama’s lies. I remembered something. The subject was gossip, lies told about another person a lady went to confession asked for absolution. The priest said before I give you absolution I want you to take a feather pillow to the highest steeple in town on the windiest day and empty the contents and then retrieve the contents.It was impossible. He told her that is the damage that you do with a lie, it is impossible to pick up the pieces of the damage that is done.
All we can do is stick to the truth, which at this point is discovery in an attempt to figure out all of Obama’s lies/deception/obfuscation etc.

It’s nice to know you have “friends” when the tide is turning but where was Michael Steele when I (and many others) wrote to him again and again about the ineligibility issue and didn’t get answer one? And when are they going to stand up in public for us “birthers” and acknowledge that our cause is NOT racist but “The Constitution?” They hide behind their big titles and political party but now that the Nation is turning against them, they come late to the party. Excuse me if I seem cynical but I have grown weary trying to get their attention on this matter and so many times been ignored. I certainly hope that this is a true case of them opening their eyes to the truth and not just a case of them looking to their political future and seeing they just might be on the wrong side. Oh well, we can always hope! Isn’t that what Obama peddled, hope and change? Well, unfortunately he has made lots of CHANGE and taken away a great deal of our HOPE.

They say she is Puerto-Rican but born in the Bronx. I think she was really born in Puerto Rico. Can A Puerto Rican be on the Supreme Court? Does Congress know they are putting an illegal alien on the Supreme Court? How will she rule on immigration issues?

Republican National Committee spokeswoman Gail Gitcho quickly poured cold water on birther lawyer Orly Taitz’s brag that Michael Steele had accepted her friend request on Facebook.
“This is silly,” said Gitcho in an email to TWI. “The Chairman has thousands of Facebook friends – obviously he is not going to agree with the agendas of all of them.”

Jeff Sessions, from Alabama is now saying he will vote against the confirmation of Sotomayor. Last week in the mail I received a letter from Sessions concerning Obama’s eligiblity. Once again he was defending Obama. I am sending via snail mail a copy of the letter to you Orly.
I am not voting for Bachus, Sessions or anyone that has supported Obama or defended him. I hope others will not vote for them either
for the same reason. Lets make our voices be heard and send a strong message in the next election.

Dem Congressman Offering Resolution Recognizing Hawaii’s History — As Obama’s Birthplace

Rep. Neil Abercrombie (D-HI) is set to give the House Republicans a chance to put up or shut up on the Birtherism that is circulating among their grassroots base, Greg Sargent reports: A House resolution recognizing Hawaii as President Obama’s birthplace.
Technically, the resolution’s main purpose will be to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Hawaii’s statehood. And while commemorating that grand history, the resolution will of course mention how the state is Obama’s birthplace.
This gives Republicans a choice: Vote yes on the resolution, which would repudiate the Birthers; vote no, to endorse them; or skip the vote, which would basically be the same as voting no.
Abercrombie spokesman Dave Helfert seemed to be humorously denying that this was an effort to put the GOP on the spot. “Far be it from us to try to stir things up,” said Helfert. “The president was born there, so what are you gonna do? Not mention it?”

These blogs are being closely monitoredand wehat is in play right now is the expected power of the judge carter wave. Obama has defaulted and in seeking a default judgement orly ( et al0 posited their strongest case position ever. (Had some friends read it–it is letter perfect!) Carter was impressed and he full knows through open and grapevine information the extent of Orly’s thrust. Too much is happening at once around this final legal burst i Judeg Carter’s Court. pelin is dropping out, Steele is getting interested in orly, berg –Hillary’s man- is suing orly, and i think many will be jumping the Obama ship after seeing how stupid and amateurish this parvenu is–of late with the mass Cop and rascist professor-( a friend of Obama’s by the way). The military is well plugged in and getting restive with tis rank amteur sitting with Putin or that powerhouse Netanyahu—suddenly his enemy–tell me the arabs aren’t pulling Obama HUSSEINS’ strings.
I expect orly will become friends with Sarah Palin very soon and that will indicate that the republicans are making real plans 2010.
Orly is a sweet person, a fierce and stand up lawyer and battler for right, but I hope vanity does not produce a vulnerablity flaw in trusting big bad wolves like little red riding hood.
Orly’s efforts are not going unnoticed in the currently ball less and bank rupt Republoican party. A fresh new broom willl swep clean as they saying goes if i am remembering it correctly. Orly and her client Keyes should lay the groundwork for a new party possibly called the National Party USA- party of the people, by the people and for the people–and a pox upon the new world order house and the leftist media.
I envision a massive grassroots ground swell that will surpass perot’s effort handily and will become a force to recon with in this country for years to come. CHANGE? Yes we really are ready for it. Change to surgically remove our heads from our arse and to remove the bullet we shot into our collective foot by allowing this cockroach to be president–but he won’t be there for long–he will either flee or be removed–and soon– because 2010 is drawin nigh.

The measure Abercrombie will introduce commemorates the 50th anniversary of Hawaii’s statehood. But here’s the rub, his spokesman tells me: It describes Hawaii as Barack Obama’s birthplace.
“In the language of the resolution, there is a statement that Hawaii is the birthplace of the 44th President of the United States,” Abercrombie spokesman Dave Helfert confirms.
That confronts House GOPers with a choice: They can vote for the measure, and endorse the idea that Obama was born in Hawaii, which could earn the wrath of birthers. Or they can vote against commemorating the 50th state’s joining of our blessed Union. Or GOPers can skip the vote, but that could look nutty.

Why would they need a resolution declaring Hawaii as Obama’s birthplace? I thought Obama showed his “birth certificate” and that was the end of it! It’s because WorldNetDaily is hot on Abercrombie’s trail, and Abercrombie’s spokesperson has essentially told WND that it’s not important. NO ONE will answer the question of which hospital is Obama’s birthplace. EVEN OBAMA HIMSELF HAS BEEN INCONSISTENT!!
I was disappointed at O’Reilly’s presentation of the BC issue this evening. While any coverage/mention of the issue is a good thing, the report O’Reilly did was smug, arrogrant, and stated that “they” investigated Obama’s birthplace over a year ago and found that it was Hawaii. But of course, O’Reilly didn’t say which hospital. How about going in and filming the inside of the hospital, speaking with some administrators and looking up his records to divulge who delivered this messianic character?
Why, then, did Fox News send a team with Phil Berg to go down to Washington, DC when he filed his first lawsuit over Obama’s citizenship? They never aired the report, but they did send a full crew with Berg. Why would they have wasted their time doing that if they were so sure that we “birthers” were crazy?
O’Reilly’s report unprofessionally accused Lou Dobbs of “carrying on” with the issue after it should have been settled. I have never liked Bill O’Reilly, and now I can see that he is as disingenuous as the libs. Why tear apart someone who has the courage to discuss it openly and ask pertinent questions when he himself does not? Very disingenuous, indeed. That’s why I won’t watch a minute of Fox, because I want their ratings to plummet. I suspect they already have.

There over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general’s signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached. Ask yourself if you really want to be on Ashcroft’s list.
The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a “mass exodus” of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.
Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.
The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people.

High capacity facility, presently manned and populated with some prisoners. Pensacola – Federal Prison Camp Everglades – It is believed that a facility may be carved out of the wilds here.

Ft. Benning – Located east of Columbus near Alabama state line. Rex 84 site – Prisoners brought in via Lawson Army airfield. Ft. IDAHO
Minidoka/Jerome Counties – WWII Japanese-American internment facility possibly under renovation. Clearwater National Forest – Near Lolo Pass – Just miles from the Montana state line near Moose Creek, this unmanned facility is reported to have a nearby airfield. Wilderness areas – Possible location. No data.
ILLINOIS
Marseilles – Located on the Illinois River off Interstate 80 on Hwy 6. It is a relatively small facility with a cap of 1400 prisoners. Though it is small it is designed like prison facilities with barred windows, but the real smoking gun is the presence of military vehicles. Being located on the Illinois River it is possible that prisoners will be brought in by water as well as by road and air. This facility is approximately 75 miles west of Chicago. National Guard training area nearby. Scott AFB – Barbed wire prisoner enclosure reported to exist just off-base. More info needed, as another facility on-base is beieved to exist. Pekin – This Federal satellite prison camp is also on the Illinois River, just south of Peoria. It supplements the federal penitentiary in Marion, which is equipped to handle additional population outside on the grounds. Chanute AFB – Rantoul, near Champaign/Urbana – This closed base had WWII – era barracks that were condemned and torn down, but the medical facility was upgraded and additional fencing put up in the area. More info needed. Marion – Federal Penitentiary and satellite prison camp inside Crab Orchard Nat’l Wildlife Refuge. Manned, staffed, populated fully. Greenfield – Two federal correctional “satellite prison camps” serving Marion – populated as above. Shawnee National Forest – Pope County – This area has seen heavy traffic of foreign military equipment and troops via Illinois Central Railroad, which runs through the area. Suspected location is unknown, but may be close to Vienna and Shawnee correctional centers, located 6 mi. west of Dixon Springs. Savanna Army Depot – NW area of state on Mississippi River. Lincoln, Sheridan, Menard, Pontiac, Galesburg – State prison facilities equipped for major expansion and close or adjacent to highways & railroad tracks. Kankakee – Abandoned industrial area on west side of town (Rt.17 & Main) designated as FEMA detention site. Equipped with water tower, incinerator, a small train yard behind it and the rear of the facility is surrounded by barbed wire facing inwards.
INDIANA
Indianapolis / Marion County – Amtrak railcar repair facility (closed); controversial site of a major alleged detention / processing center. Although some sources state that this site is a “red herring”, photographic and video evidence suggests otherwise. This large facility contains large 3-4 inch gas mains to large furnaces (crematoria??), helicopter landing pads, railheads for prisoners, Red/Blue/Green zones for classifying/processing incoming personnel, one-way turnstiles, barracks, towers, high fences with razor wire, etc. Personnel with government clearance who are friendly to the patriot movement took a guided tour of the facility to confirm this site. This site is located next to a closed refrigeration plant facility. Ft. Benjamin Harrison – Located in the northeast part of Indianapolis, this base has been decomissioned from “active” use but portions are still ideally converted to hold detainees. Helicopter landing areas still exist for prisoners to be brought in by air, land & rail. Crown Point – Across street from county jail, former hospital. One wing presently being used for county work-release program, 80% of facility still unused. Possible FEMA detention center or holding facility. Camp Atterbury – Facility is converted to hold prisoners and boasts two active compounds presently configured for minumum security detainees. Located just west of Interstate 65 near Edinburgh, south of Indianapolis. Terre Haute – Federal Correctional Institution, Satellite prison camp and death facility. Equipped with crematoria reported to have a capacity of 3,000 people a day. FEMA designated facility located here. Fort Wayne – This city located in Northeast Indiana has a FEMA designated detention facility, accessible by air, road and nearby rail. Kingsbury – This “closed” military base is adjacent to a state fish & wildlife preserve. Part of the base is converted to an industrial park, but the southern portion of this property is still used. It is bordered on the south by railroad, and is staffed with some foreign-speaking UN troops. A local police officer who was hunting and camping close to the base in the game preserve was accosted, roughed up, and warned by the English-speaking unit commander to stay away from the area. It was suggested to the officer that the welfare of his family would depend on his “silence”. Located just southeast of LaPorte. Jasper-Pulaski Wildlife Area – Youth Corrections farm located here. Facility is “closed”, but is still staffed and being “renovated”. Total capacity unknown. Grissom AFB – This closed airbase still handles a lot of traffic, and has a “state-owned” prison compound on the southern part of the facility.

. Jefferson Proving Grounds – Southern Indiana – This facility was an active base with test firing occuring daily. Portions of the base have been opened to create an industrial park, but other areas are still highly restricted. A camp is believed to be located “downrange”. Ashland – Federal prison camp in Eastern Kentucky near the Ohio River. Louisville – FEMA detention facility, located near restricted area US naval ordnance plant. Military airfield located at facility, which is on south side of city. Lexington – FEMA detention facility, National Guard base with adjacent airport facility. Manchester – Federal prison camp located inside Dan Boone National Forest. Ft. Knox – Detention center, possibly located near Salt River, in restricted area of base. Observers have seen this material brought in on the Whitesands rail spur in Oro Grande New Mexico about thirty miles from the Texas, New Mexico Border.

Okanogan County – Borders Canada and is a site for a massive concentration camp capable of holding hundreds of thousands of people for slave labor. This is probably one of the locations that will be used to hold hard core patriots who will be held captive for the rest of their lives.
Sand Point Naval Station – Seattle – FEMA detention center used actively during the 1999 WTO protests to classify prisoners.
Ft. Lewis / McChord AFB – near Tacoma – This is one of several sites that may be used to ship prisoners overseas for slave labor.

Ft. McCoy – Rex 84 facility with several complete interment compounds.
Oxford – Central part of state – Federal prison & staellite camp and FEMA detention facility.

Heart Mountain – Park County N. of Cody – WWII Japanese interment camp ready for renovation.

East Yellowstone – Manned internment facility – Investigating patriots were apprehended by European soldiers speaking in an unknown language. Federal government assumed custody of the persons and arranged their release.
OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE UNITED STATES
There are many other locations not listed above that are worthy of consideration as a possible detention camp site, but due to space limitations and the time needed to verify, could not be included here. Virtually all military reservations, posts, bases, stations, & depots can be considered highly suspect (because it is “federal” land). Also fitting this category are “Regional Airports” and “International Airports” which also fall under federal jurisdiction and have limited-access areas. Mental hospitals, closed hospitals & nursing homes, closed military bases, wildlife refuges, state prisons, toxic waste dumps, hotels and other areas all have varying degrees of potential for being a detention camp area. The likelihood of a site being suspect increases with transportation access to the site, including airports/airstrips, railheads, navigable waterways & ports, interstate and US highways. Some facilities are “disguised” as industrial or commercial properties, camouflaged or even wholly contained inside large buildings (Indianapolis) or factories. Many inner-city buildings left vacant during the de-industrialization of America have been quietly acquired and held, sometimes retrofitted for their new uses.
CANADA
Our Canadian friends tell us that virtually all Canadian military bases, especially those north of the 50th Parallel, are all set up with concentration camps. Not even half of these can be listed, but here are a few sites with the massive land space to handle any population:
Suffield CFB – just north of Medicine Hat, less than 60 miles from the USA.
Primrose Lake Air Range – 70 miles northeast of Edmonton.
Wainwright CFB – halfway between Medicine Hat and Primrose Lake.
Ft. Nelson – Northernmost point on the BC Railway line.
Ft. McPherson – Very cold territory ~ NW Territories. Ft. Providence – Located on Great Slave Lake. Halifax – Nova Scotia. Dept. of National Defense reserve…. And others.

Guayanabo, Puerto Rico – Federal prison camp facility. Capacity unknown.
Guantanamo Bay, Cuba – US Marine Corps Base – Presently home to 30,000 Mariel Cubans and 40,000 Albanians. Total capacity unknown

I would be a little suspicious of all this attention that you are suddenly receiving…Be careful not to get side tracked or overwelmed and caught up by it….
One thing i’ve learned from the past few months is that you need to watch what is going on behind the diversions…. always watch the other hand..
You may want to keep it professional and don’t give them anything to discredit you or any of your clients…You have worked so hard to get where you are…and you continue to work hard, it will pay off…I am sure of this!!

Republican National Committee spokeswoman Gail Gitcho quickly poured cold water on birther lawyer Orly Taitz’s brag that Michael Steele had accepted her friend request on Facebook.
“This is silly,” said Gitcho in an email to TWI. “The Chairman has thousands of Facebook friends – obviously he is not going to agree with the agendas of all of them.”

The response? No, Cantor doesn’t support Taitz’s cause. Not at all.
“A friend on Facebook is someone registering his or her support for your agenda,” said Cantor spokesman Joe Pounder. “She is registering her support for Eric Cantor, and nothing more. Not vice versa.”

The resolution commemorating Hawaii statehood, which included the statement that Hawaii is the birthplace of Barack Obama, passed unanimously. Not one congressman/woman voted against it. Not ONE. Not one even entered an objection to the “Obama birthplace” section of the resolution. Not ONE!
