Re: The Constitutional Authority of Barak Hussein Obama to Hold and
Occupy the Office of the President of the United States of America and
by which He Commands the Armed Forces.
We are long past the general election of November and it seems as
though it were ages ago. Now well into July we still have no resolution
to one of the most important Constitutional issues we have faced in the
entire history of our great Nation; the answer to a question which has
the potential to shake this country to its foundation but if we are to
survive must be answered. To continue to ignore this issue is inhumane
to the members of the Armed Forces, divisive and compromises us all
because as at a minimum it conflicts their resolve and our own
solidarity .
I am a USAF Military Officer in the service of my Country. With all
humility and cognizant of the greater valor of many who have come
before, I have upheld to the very best of my ability my oath of office.
I have fought for what I see as right and just before God and for my
country. I acknowledge that I humbly and willingly bow before my
Creator, and while I have served my Country proudly, I have never bowed
in subservience before any Government or earthly King. While I am not
proud of everything I have done in my life to say the least, I am proud
of America and have never been ashamed of her. I am proud of her not
because I am oblivious to her faults, but because of her innate ability
to rise above them. She has gracefully blessed me with opportunity
beyond what I deserve and what I could expect from most every other
Nation on this earth and for this I am deeply thankful. I am not alone
as countless others have also been blessed but the cost has not been
free.
I have not ever and do not now in anyway consider it inappropriate to
question the orders of those above me if, in good faith, I believe those
orders are illegal. This is irrespective of the person or rank of the
individual. The President is not immune. In fact, as it relates to the
defense of our Constitution, I believe I am duty bound to question; to
do otherwise in my opinion is dereliction of duty. Such is the moral
basis and justification for my demand.
“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that
we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only
unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American
public.” Theodore Roosevelt.
Let me be clear. This for me is not a political issue. This is not
based on race, religion or any value I hold other than my respect for
the Constitution as my oath demands. I am bringing this before you as a
Military Officer of my own volition and not as a concerned citizen. I
have not been coerced or forced to do this. I affirm: although I have my
personal opinions regarding the political ambitions of Barak Hussein
Obama it is and would be inappropriate in my capacity as a military
Officer to question ANY order he might give me due to political
differences we may have. I have had significant political differences
with past Presidents during my tenure to include our last one and never
questioned their absolute authority over me in the conduct of my duty.
So I repeat this is not political but rather squarely about the
Constitutional question at hand. Is Barak Hussein Obama a Natural Born
Citizen qualified to hold the office of President and to be Commander in
Chief of our Armed Forces or is he not? I speak only for myself and not
for the Air Force when I say, based solely on the information he has
given and of prinI am of the opinion he is not. Either way, I have a right as an American
soldier to have this question investigated and answered by Congress as
it has direct bearing on my oath of office and relates to the legality
of the orders he gives.
In an open letter of 3 March 2009 I pleaded with and
challenged Secretary Gates to honor his oath of office and use whatever
remedy he had in his power to resolve the issue. I expressed my concern
that it was dividing and hurting my military family. I have also
written my Senator Mark Warner of Virginia on 1 Feb. 2009 and pleaded
that the Senator present take this issue up before Congress which he
refused to do. When asked to meet with me to explain his failure to act
he refused to do this as well. In his defense he is a young Senator and
perhaps failed to recognize my plea for what it was and the right as a
military member by which I asked him to bring this before Congress and
his duty to act on it.
I have been advised through military channels that my letters to
Secretary Gates and Senator Warner were inflammatory … so be it. I am
not ashamed that I demand my leaders give the same weight to their oath
of office as those appointed below them are required to do. If it turns
out I am wrong I will freely offer my public apology, until then I can
not hide my frustration and dismay and I continue my demand that they
follow their oath and rise to the defense of our Constitution. I am
convinced, as I wrote to Secretary Gates, that we are tearing our
military apart by pitting their loyalty to the office of the President
and commitment to defend America not against her enemies but against the
greater moral and ethical question of serving at the command of a person
who is not qualified to hold the office in violation of the
Constitutional requirements.
We have focused much attention of late on the interrogation of
prisoners and have been told we must consider the moral and ethical
conduct of our methods if we are to regain our stature as a Great
Nation. I rather believe if we are tarnished, we are so to a greater
extent not for what we have done to our enemies, but rather for what we
have done and are we are willing to do to our own; to include taking
from those who were here before what was not ours to take and enslaving
others. This is the Great Stain on a Nation otherwise known as a beacon
of freedom and hope in a troubled world. So how does this relate to the
question at hand? I submit we are committing another disgraceful
hypocritical act when we show concern for our enemy’s human rights and
then send our own soldiers off to battle to die for our Constitution
which in turn is then violated by the very person that is sending them
off to die for it. For those on active duty the situation is
intolerable! How can it be that Congress would allow them to spill
their blood on foreign soil for America and then leave them to wonder in
the final waning moments of their life if the person who sent them to
their death is an impostor; this is inhumane and absolutely cruel. This
is a National disgrace beyond comprehension and yet this is exactly the
situation we are in. The fact that the courts have denied us standing
and have not in a single case heard our pleading on the merits is an
abomination and is absurd on its face. This must not be allowed to
continue. Have we been deceived and are we dying at the command of a
person who lacks the legal and therefore the moral right to command us?
Greatness never arises from a bed of deceit. The end no matter how
noble it is or appears to be is always perverted to the detriment of the
people if the means is based in a lie. In this regard we have no choice.
As I am witnessing the cords of division rise in the military, if the
office of the President is divided in loyalty (as would be evidenced by
an USURPER) we as a Nation are a House divided. This is true regardless
if recognized by the majority or not for it is the nature of such
divisions that the dchallenged to the very core of our commitment to our Country and to each
other. Very much like a Patient’s presenting symptom, often ignored or
discounted that belies a deadly underlying disease that only under
stress declares itself in its full lethal manifestation. This division
is certain whether we wish to face it or not and one only need look
around to see that such a challenge or stress is on the horizon. Would
it not be wise that we address this now? In addition to the moral issue
and because of it we should not allow this uncertainty to undermine our
resolve and ability to respond to it with a united Military. Early in
our History President Lincoln said that a House divided against itself
cannot stand! Does anyone doubt the wisdom of these words?
While I believe this would eventually be answered by the courts and I
am not opposed to a remedy by the Courts given the gravity of the
situation; I hold the opinion that the duty for remedy is greater upon
the Congress. We should never fear the light of truth or the
consequences of its discovery for to do so only deepens the injury and
decreases the chances for recovery. This is as true in Medicine as it is
true for the heart of our Nation. As such I respectfully and formally
demand a Constitutional inquiry into the qualifications of Barak Hussein
Obama to hold the office of the President of the United States of
America and to the authority by which he commands the Armed Forces in
her service.

Lt Col David A. Earl-Graef USAFR MC is a seasoned and reasoned voice . His letter to Sec. Gates of March 2009 was not responded to because it was “inflammatory?” Please!
What kind of Sec. of Defense is Robert Gates who feels he has an obligation to protect an illegal President at the expense of the US military? Gates’ allegiance to the New World Order far surpasses his allegiance to this country. Why should anyone have any confidence or trust in him. He has played his cards on this most urgent Constitutional crisis…we now know where he stands. He apparently feels OK with sending our military to fight foreign enemies while he protects domestic enemies.

Any Lawyer PLEASE FILE this right away get a restraining order or injunction to never call a sheet of paper a Birth Certificate UNLESS IT IS Proven a Documents by an Expert.
Mathews is on TV calling a copy of something a Birth Certificate he needs to be challenged on it RIGHT AWAY.
The most he can say is that it is a COPY of an ALLEGED COLB but NEVER call that shit piece of paper he held up yesterday while talking to Re John Campbell as a BIRTH CERTIFICATE it is NOT.

The Postal Services created a stamp with a picture of Obama on it. The Postal Service had complaints that the stamp was not sticking to envelopes. This enraged Obama, who demanded a full investigation. After a month of testing and $1.73 million in congressional spending, a special Presidential commission presented the following findings:

The Framers were an elite group — among the best and brightest America had to offer at the time. But they knew that they were trying to forge a nation made up not of an elite, but of the common man. Without the approval of the common man, they feared revolution. This first part of the Preamble speaks to the common man. It puts into writing, as clear as day, the notion that the people were creating this Constitution. It was not handed down by a god or by a king — it was created by the people.
Dear Dr. Orly-I was watching some youtube videos re: Congress person was facing the citizens. They were booed, heckled if not outright laughed at. The people are not falling for more Obama drivel. “to insure the domestic tranquility”. Well the domestics (citizens of the US) are not happy at all. No wonder Obama’s press and town hall meetings have pre-screened people/questions. That gutless wonder. These reps are catching hell, can you imagine what they are going to catch when the media can no longer hide/white wash this birth certificate Constitutional Crises issue.

it seems like a deceased person’s records – including passport, visa, etc – can be accessed in a FOIA request if either a copy of an obituary or a copy of a death certificate is enclosed. Is there either an obituary or death certificate for Stanley Ann Dunham/Obama/Soetoro?
I don’t know how to do a FOIA request, but this could be a great way to show if Obama was born in Kenya – if his mother is shown to have traveled to Kenya before he was born and didn’t leave Kenya until after he was born.

Generally responses to the good Lt. Col., are thoughtful and even when brief, well stated. people get angry and impatient but their heart is true and thoughts sincere. In other words the bulk of proper people responding is generally balanced ,well thought out, considerate and as always respectful to orly.
Unless there is a powerful show of force, oone that sets the washington establishment back on its heals, the enemy will attempt to divide and conquer. Obama being the commie we know him to be will recall when Lenin had the Navy fire at the winter garden with blanks to prevent a legitimate election ( that he was losing).
As I have mentioned before, if we are playing an orderly chess game with these psychos, and they see that we are making better moves, they will like lenin and hitler, just brutally sweep the pieces of the board.
If Carter rules to obtain documents that prove Obama is a fraud and a traitor ( as in lying under oath in 50 states among other places.), what then. Is Eric Holder going to arrest him? I think not. If Carter orders the federal marshals to arrest them, will Obama counterman the order?
Lets try think ahead past the second inning where we hit a homerun with Carter if such it be or if it turns out that way–he may yet accede to pressure–all the others have–(as in concerns about race riots?)
Play devil’s adovate and think ahead to a possible response from Obama and his well funded cabal. Lincoln ignored Taney’s decision.
Clinton attempted to invoke executive privilege with ken Starr just prior to the first criminal indictment in history for a standing president. Geez, they gave him his own room and a TV monitor–perhaps not wanting ten tough and seasoning prosecutors breathing down his debauched neck.
Ball less Ken Starr backed off, the impeachment was an american fiasco and farce and now the great stain maker in a multi millionaire. It is a country of privilege for the privileged until they try to mightily to debase the people and their secular bible: The Constitution and its provocative older sister the declaration of independence—a guide book for rebellion based on sound moral principles written during the pain and affliction of oppression a d repression. Obama is not too far off from being a dictator–listen to his language and look at the way this community organizer with unlimited arab money comports himself before opposition or critique.

Remeber now and be realistic, there are not alot of judge Carter’s around and the truth is in the tasting–lets see if he holds up with his legal fingers in the dyke feeling the thrust of the usurper’s water pressure . All the other judges found ways NOT to address the vital facts. If the governmnet arrests orly for incoiting to rebellion-sediton–not in the nebulous and hard to prove crowd stirring but specific actions in her encouraging certain actions encouraging military disobedience and mutiny—the charges will be along those lines let is say generally speaking–and others as well. Who wil defnd orly in a hostile judicial enviornment? Our best wishes, Orly will have to defend herslf and probably lose.
The military a party to these actions– court marshalled for mutiny, deseertion, you name it. Our Dr. Lt. Col is NOT a lawyer with theprovost marshal.
So, look at it this way if Crater goes along–you can still lose with parallel legal actions occurring–meaning one step forward and two steps back.
Obama defaulted on this case. He has lost –you don’t show up in court in your divorce hearing you lose. He lost. So what is his penalty? What does he lose in the real world? The right to with hold his ID? Well, what of appeals and further tying up the courts, expert delay tactics etc.?
The reason why Cook was simply told he does not have to deploy and then they said–I believe it is a moot point pursuing this legally–words to that effect? Why? Because they are loading cannon as I type this in conjunction with Eric–asshole- Holder, and secretary gates and the White House.
Commonsense my friends: They cannot allow this military thing to proliferate beyond its current bounds therefore examples must be set– and that distinct from the eligibility legal process before Judge Carter.
We boast–as I have done– that carter is a good man and we speak of his Bronze star and purple heart as a marine–that sword can cut both ways. The militray in him may resent many of orly’s clients.
Orly, more than ever is dotting her “i’s” and crossing her “t’s”–this last outing was leter perfect legal material– I was told tis by some people I know who read it. All the pieces on her chess board presented to the King, but will there be an errant cross wind that blows all the pieces off?
I am not trying to be discouraging I am among her devoted fans, quiet behind the scenes watching carefully. She elicted praiseworthy law, methods and means, knows her way around the law, plays by the rules, an honest professional stand up person with an inherant sense of decency and morality— sortnlike a majesticdeer on a mountain prominence looking at the morning sunshine and the billowing clouds. A wonderful, majestic beaitiful deer, a gentle animal with great big kind eyes, nostrals flaring in a morning breeze——-BUT hunters do not see that deer as beautiful or majectic, they see it as prey, something to be destroyed by virtue of its existance, they want to kill it for the sport of it than cut off its head and place it on their mantel– great hunters as if they are standing face to face with charging lions and massive water buffalo–they are brave souls–but are they? Perhaps they are distant snipers, assassins, perhaps anonymous, maybe on someone’s payroll.
Point? bask in your glory at your peril. Judge Caretr’s interest is a small step. Detaining Obama, arresting obama, deporting obama, placing him in prsion, those are BIG steps. There is just too much money and power around this bought and sold empty suit. He made a deal with the controllers and overlords–they are your real enemies. They love power and thos eunder them like the proximity to power and are bought and sold–look at aldrich ames and the walker spy family–treason and conspiracy in our capitalist midst.
Congress just approved a law to prevent concealed weapon licensees from crossing stateline–and this against specific state reciprocal agreements with each other. You win in Wash, DC and now lose in the Congress.
The eligibility effort has been stoenwalled and now we are rejoicing because ONE judge is going tomexamine the issues–well he has not done it yet. Orly’s documentation is unassilable with reagrd to the eligibility issue ( The media have legal people they realize the strength of orly’s position standing behind her documents as she does– but they choose to ignor it and thus we hear a plethora of stupid comments across the board by people who have no real familiarity with the issues involved they cater only to their leftist bias and in some respects they too are the REAL enemy–IF punishments were ever meted out.
I will conclude at long last on this: As mentioned above I think the Achilles heal here is the stance the military advocates are taking under Orly’s imprimatur– as it were- The first real offensive from the government–there first real slavos will be directed there in this humble opinion.
You put on the felt gloves and dress foi the occasion, do things properly and morally in deep regard for the law and the constitition demanding moral rectitude– and they basically put on brass knuckles and kick you in the balls as they spit in your face.
My point in alot of what I have written previously is at what juncture do YOU put on brass knuckles–this is NOT Gandhi’s india– they were all hindu and moslem not heinz 57 varieties like here- this is OUR america been ripped away day by day by the worse aortion ever to enter the white house—what does Dick Morris entitle his latest book: CATASTROPHE’? There are not 10,000,000 weapons in this country with our current population of 306,000,000, not even 30,000,000, but more like ONE BILLION weapons in good ole sleepy eyed america. Another way of viewing orly’s gambit is that she is reaching out to the side arm of society to assist in maintaining control over a recalcitrant and obsessive bunch of politcal gangsters that may need a comeuppance.
IF Orly is arrested detained and these military arrested –those she represents– then it may be time to drop the gauntlet and get seriously organized and not for a politeteas party but a tea dumping.
