Letter from a veteran

Major General Childers,

Sir, I am very thankful a general officer has come public on the Major’s situation and your opinion on the eligibility issue.  I am a retired mustang officer – took the Clinton Administration retirement package during “downsizing.”  Doing well in my second career. 

I am just touching base with you to say first of all many thanks.  I have told MG Dave Evans here in Tennessee about you at the April 15th Tea Party in Springfield.  He said he was proud to be on the “veteran terrorist” list.  We laughed, but then were not laughing.  I asked him what we are going to do about our oaths – where do we stand?  He put it in his speech as he is running against Bart Gordon, and called on all the veterans in the crowd; we answered with a loud “hoah.”  Then he loudly said, “remember your oaths”, his point well taken by all of us.

Sir, these are dangerous times.  I have my representatives all on speed dial – I attend Tea Party rallies – what else can we do?  A Kenyan in office is what I believe we have and a constitutional crisis that will break our foundation as a result.  We veterans need our general officers to stand up for the Constitution – just pull out the long form and end the debate is all we ask.  If he is truly not eligible – then we have no Union if he stays.  I say this because the Constitution is the primary legal document that binds us.  Without it – we are ripe for sanctions by the world against us and our laws fall apart like the pulling of one thread against a whole shirt.

    It is time to Question. It is time not to reup or extend. It is time to say to the youngsters “do not enlist your president is a phony and possibley an agent of a foriegn government.

    It’s time to prove something smells in the Fed’s closet.

    Major Cook should file a complaint under USEARRA. And force the issue with his employer,s illegal actions. This happened to me many years ago while in the National Guard. My employer was also a goverment contractor, they lost their contracts andi six months were out of business.

    I believe in this case the Major’s company has no alternative but to roll over on the Fed’s high handed tactic and when it becomes public watch what hits the fan.

    The Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (USERRA, 38 U.S.C. §§ 4301 – 4335) is a federal law intended to ensure that persons who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, Reserves, National Guard or other “uniformed services:” (1) are not disadvantaged in their civilian careers because of their service; (2) are promptly reemployed in their civilian jobs upon their return from duty; and (3) are not discriminated against in employment based on past, present, or future military service. The federal government is to be a “model employer” under USERRA. See 38 U.S.C. § 4301)

    IT IS NOT ABOUT THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE!
    PULLING OUT A LONG-FORM BC WILL NOT DO THE TRICK.
    THE PRESIDENT-ALEGED HAS BEEN LEGALLY INDICTED,
    AND IF COURT WILL HEAR THE CASE AND FORWARD THE
    QUESTION ABOUT THE NBC DEFINITION TO THE SUPREME COURT
    THEN THE GENERAL OFFICERS OF OUR MILITARY ARE BOUND BY THEIR OATHS, HONOR AND DUTY TO PHYSICALLY DISABLE THE P.A. FROM HIS CURRENT CAPACITY AS PRESIDENT.

    Sir, thank you for your well informed and expressed letter.

    Our family has lots of military (in the past and in the present) personnel in it, and I appreciate the clarifications that are coming from officers (active or retired) regarding the language and intent of the oath they took.

    We appreciate all of you and are determined to stand along side you to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Obama is not now, never was, and never can be a Natural Born Citizen. His father was a citizen of the UK because Kenya was a British Colony. The present Usurper is not a Natural Born Citizen because his birth status was governed by the British Nationality Act of 1948. How can a person be a Natural Born Citizen of the United States of American whose birth status was governed by the UK. Vattel in THE LAW OF NATIONS defines a Natural Born Citizen as one who was (1) born on the soil of the country of citizenship, (2) of two parents who are both citizens of that country so that a Natural Born Citizen has no divided loyalties and is a “second generation” citizen. The Birth Certificate issue keeps clouding the matter as if somehow we need proof that he is eligible. He never was.

    Dear Major General Childers:

    Thank you for stepping up and joining Dr. Orly as a plaintiff in combating this usurper. I, too, am in awe of someone of your rank putting your reputation on the line just as Major Cook has risked his career. Both of you in my book are heroes and this is what our country should be like—people standing up for something they believe in. This time, it is for the future of our Constitution and getting rid of this usurper who disrespects it and our country. I realize that this is a no-brainer for you to tackle, because of your deep love of our country.

    The constitution states specifically that the President of the United States has to be A Natural Born Citizen. I honestly believe that the majority of Americans really don’t understand the difference between a Natural Born Citizen and a USA Citizen. I find most people think that just because he was possibly born in Hawaii (which we all know that isn’t true) to one parent that is a US citizen that this qualifies him to be president.

    Natural Born Citizen: Someone who is born in the USA to
    “parents” who are “both” USA Citizens

    USA Citizen:

    (1) The first example of a USA Citizen is someone who is born in the USA to a non-USA Citizen as when an illegal alien comes to our country and has a baby then that baby becomes a USA Citizen.
    (2) A Naturalized Citizen who, once moved to the US, applied for USA citizenship and became a USA Citizen as Dr. Orly did.
    (3)Someone who is born outside the US to a USA Citizen (this is, as we know, not a natural born citizen) then comes back to the USA and gets a Certificate of Live Birth.
    (4) Someone who is born in the USA to one parent who is a US citizen and the other parent is from another country (ie: Obama, but we know he was actually born in Kenya).

    We need to really explain the differences when we talk to people either privately or being interviewed on radio/TV.

    God bless everyone who has joined Dr. Orly by becoming a plantiff. The word is finally getting out there and the media is feeling the tension of WE THE PEOPLE. Stay strong Dr. Orly, because you know that we are all praying for you and your sucess!!

    Dr Orly is right, the media should be ashamed as they continue to push out bubblegum reporters who peddle the editors directive anyways. The fact that the media never took to task when this secret was uncovered way back in Februrary 2008 demonstrates the cover up at the highest level…including within the Democratic and Republican parties who know the truth.
    Only the military can help the American people now.

    What an embarrassment to the men in this country that a FSU female has to stand up to the demagogue Obama. Dr. Orly loves freedom more than us “natural born” citizens because she knows the value of it. Pray for her, Major Cook, and the other “birthers” who are finally coming out from behind the skirts of their wet nurses to restore the Constitution.

    Please remember, it does NOT matter about the long form birth certificate. Obama’s father is not a US citizen and it takes 2 US citizen parents and born on US soil–to make you a natural born citizen. Obama is not qualified period.

    Obama is a disgrace to this wonderful country and to every citizen of these United States of America. What happened to the minds of people when they elected him is beyond me! Now what happens…does he just get to remain President? If not, then we get Biden and after Biden, Pelosi…oh, my dear Lord! Have mercy on this country and help us get back on track and become the country I was born into, once again.
