Please, keep in mind, tomorrow is just a hearing, I don’t want anybody disappointed. If Judge Carter rules in our favor, it will be great. If not, it is not the end of the world, and there will be more hearings. What is the most important, is that the Truth and Justice is on our side and the Truth will prevail sooner or later.

To my great disappointment, my computer calendar has just sent me a reminder that I have a scheduled appointment tomorrow morning at 9:30 am which I can not reschedule. That means that I will have to forgo the great opportunity to be present in Judge David Carter’s courtroom tomorrow morning when he rules in favor of Dr. Orly Taitz’s motion. Judge Carter is noted for his integrity and backbone and his fidelity to the Law. I have no doubt that Dr. Taitz’s petition to the Court will be upheld. Details of her case are towards the end of this note with a link to more.
This will BE an HISTORIC MOMENT friends. For the last several years we have witnessed the trashing of our Constitution in many of the courts in America. I DO believe that Judge Carter will put the Law in higher priority than his political ideology and personal visions of what the future for America should look like.
To those of you who live within an hour or two drive from Santa Ana; I urge you to get up a little early and make the drive to get you to the Federal Building at the 8:00 am opening so you can get a seat behind Dr. Taitz in the courtroom TO WATCH and BE A PART OF, THIS TURNING POINT IN AMERICA’S HISTORY. To date, most judges have weaseled out of making decisions and judgments that would not be seen as favorable in advancing their careers OR detrimental to the Obama machine. I do NOT expect Judge Carter to be looking for “loopholes” so as to avoid “being on the hook” or intimidation by/from “the Feds.”
PLEASE try to get there and show Dr. Taitz your support. If you can’t make it; maybe you “could” go to her web-site and follow directions to make a financial support payment. Her expenses are VERY heavy. On Wednesday, the 16th, she has to BE in Columbus. Georgia for a 9:30 am appearance before the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Georgia on an ancillary case.

California Attorney Orly Taitz, who has pursued multiple legal challenges to Barack Obama’s eligibility to be the president, is attracting high-level attention, with the Justice Department trying to add itself onto one of her cases and the legal counsel for the Joint Chiefs of Staff being assigned to review another issue.
Taitz has filed multiple legal actions around the country alleging Obama does not meet the constitutional requirements to occupy the Oval Office. One of her cases, filed against Obama as an individual for actions before he took office, is scheduled for a hearing in a California court Monday.
The hearing is on a request by Taitz for a default judgment, since she explains she notified the president of the action weeks ago, and his lawyers failed to respond.
Taitz has told WND if her motion is granted, she will immediately request access to Obama’s birth records and other documentation that could determine his eligibility to occupy the Oval Office.
Taitz has been trying multiple additional notification procedures since U.S. District Judge David O. Carter ruled: “Before the court is a motion by plaintiffs for reconsideration of order to show cause or in the alternative to certify question for appeal. Court sets this matter for hearing on July 13, 2009 at 8:30 a.m. in Courtroom 9D. Plaintiffs are directed to make every effort possible to ensure that all remaining defendants are aware of the hearing and provide documentation that the individual receiving service is authorized to accept on defendants’ behalf.”
The case was filed on behalf of former U.S. Ambassador Alan Keyes, also a contestant in the 2008 presidential race in California, and others. Taitz said the case might have been confused with another Keyes vs. Obama case filed in the state’s court system, which was thrown out and now is on appeal.

Good luck Orly, I wish I could be there. I forwarded the letters to Judge Carter. I have heard Carter is a straight up guy. Hopefully he has not been threatened or bought out by the Obama mafia. Regardless, we MUST press forward and save America.

If the Mod wants, they can move it. I feel it’s a VERY important issue as NO ONE else is asking for support on this.
“People, if the fact there is NO OFFICIAL validation of a Presidential Candidate’s citizenship eligibility in either Fed or State bothers you, then listen up.
The bill (H.R.1503) that Rep Posey (R-FL) has introduced that requires BCs for future Pres Candidates will NOT be allowed out of the Committee! The Dem leadership (Pelosie, Hoyer, Schumer) will NOT even allow it to the floor as that will make the public aware there is a problem.
IF anyone here has a Republican led State Legislature, or State Governor. Get on the phones, email, snail mail, and visit State Rep/Governor offices and demand a similar bill to be passed at the State level!
One Fed Congress that won’t pass this bill vs 50 States that MAY pass it. All it would take is ONE State to pass this.
Have the bill mandate whomever is responsible for balloting and polling in the State (it’s different in every State, but normally it’s the Secretary of State) to require Birth Certificate’s and VALIDATE the information it contains.
Also mandate them to create a logged REPORT that it was done. And make the election agency responsible for any legal or financial damage to the State if fraud exists. This is an important step as MOST State Secretaries are Democrats!
All it will take is ONE State to disallow a major candidate from being on the ballot and their National chances are gone. Even the Main Stream Media will have to report that news!
Although I am a Birther (Better than a Socialist), Obama’s Eligibility is NOT the only issue. But having him run again in 2012 is horrifying to me.
Lawsuits have been dismissed because of lack of standing for ANYONE to challenge the Candidate! This is insane!.
There is NO Federal or State policy in place to validate this information! And THAT’S why I want Laws passed to clarify the Constitutional requirements and require STRONG anti fraud policies to be made. No just “assuming”, I want logged VALIDATED reports on the vetting process.
For the ones who don’t want their candidates to be “verified” then don’t worry about.
