Cook v Good et al

Posted on | July 10, 2009 | 9 Comments

I will post the pleadings, but the case filed on behalf of Major Cook, states that he is being deployed to Afghanistan and he is seeking a TRO (it is like a stay) of his deployment until Obama’s legitimacy (eligibility ) for presidency is ascertained. The judge is Federal District Judge for the middle district of GA -Clay D. Land.

If you want to write to the judge it is as follows:

Federal District Judge Clay D. Land

Middle District of Georgia

Columbus Division

PO Box 124

Columbus GA 31902

Defendants in this case are the supervising officers Col Wanda Good (hence the name of the case Cook v Good), Col Macdonald, in their capacity as commanding officers, Dr. Gates in his capacity of the Secretary of Defence and Barack Hussein Obama-de facto president of the United states.

Officer Cook is not only a highly decorated officer, being on staff of the Southern Command, he is also a family man, a father of a 16 y.o. and a highly educated professonal with the degrees in Economics, Business and Management.

His grave concern is about soldiers under his command, all US officers and enlisted and about our children- what future will they have, when the person sitting in the White House as the commander in chief, is consealing all his vital records, spends over a million dollars to seal an otiginal birth certificate, that costs $12 to produce, who has multiple social security numbers in National databases and statements of experts, showing multiple signs of forgery in his Certification of live birth and selective service sertificate.

Is the federal (civil) court the wrong arena? Meaning, since Major Cook has been activated (or even if he wasn’t), a military (Fed or State) court would be the correct jurisdiction?

If I were the manufacturer I would love to see and/or replace the computer screen-or at least give you a credit toward a new one. I wonder if this happens often? Defect in manufacturing process?

Not exactly on topic but related.I am wondering how this “unvetted play like ” Commander in Chief ” is affecting military recruitment ? I certainly wouldn’t have any part of enlisting when I found out that my Oath wasn’t today what my dads was he served. So far I haven’t seen anyone in authority protecting this Oath.

    Dr. Taitz,

I am praying for you and Major Cook. I am hoping and praying that this is the case that will force the Usurper to show ALL of his sealed documents!!!

Thank you both for accepting the risk that comes with challenging the Usurper.

I have a few questions. Major Cook is due to report for duty the day before the court hearing for his TRO. Will he be reporting for duty on the 15th? Why didn’t the Judge schedule this hearing before Major Cook was due to show up for duty?!!

What will happen to Major Cook if he does not show up for duty on the 15th? Does filing for this TRO mean that Major Cook can wait until the Judge rules on the TRO before showing up for duty?

    God bless you both.

In the WND story regarding Major Cook, the citation of the oath was that of an enlisted soldier, Officers take an oath that has nothing to do with obeying orders. Our oath (I am a Chief Warrant Officer) states that we will defend the constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. Which, gives the Major an added burden, he has to decide, as we officers do, whether or not the orders he gives and the policies we make are conducive to our oath.

    Just my $.02,

    Bob
