An officer has contacted me a few days ago (I will not provide his name), stating that he is about to be deployed to Afghanistan on July the 15th from Fort Benning. We were supposed to file an injunction, a stay of the deployment of this officer to Afghanistan until the eligibility of of Barack Hussein Obama as Commander in Chief is verified. The documents were supposed to be filed in the middle district of Georgia today. Due to personal reasons this officer cannot be the plaintiff at the moment, however all the pleadings in the case are ready to go. If you know any enlisted or officers, who are ready to be deployed, but want to stay their deployment until Obama’s legitimacy for the posittion of Commander in Chief is verified, please have them contact me. As the case is ready, it can be filed within hours.

“Rules of Disengagement: The Politics and Honor of Military Dissent”

Marjorie Cohn is a Distinguished Law Professor at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego where she’s taught since 1991 and is the current President of the National Lawyers Guild. She’s also been a criminal defense attorney at the trial and appellate levels, is an author, and writes many articles for professional journals, other publications, and numerous popular web sites.
Her record of achievements, distinctions, and awards are many and varied – for her teaching, writing, and her work as a lawyer and activist for peace, social and economic justice, and respect for the rule of law. Cohn’s previous books include “Cameras in the Courtroom: Television and the Pursuit of Justice” and “Cowboy Republic: Six Ways the Bush Gang Has Defied the Law.”
Her newest book just out, co-authored with Kathleen Gilberd (a recognized expert on military administrative law), is titled “Rules of Disengagement: The Politics and Honor of Military Dissent.” It explores why US military personnel disobey orders and refuse to participate in two illegal wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. It also explains that US and international law obligate them to do so.
“Rules of Disengagement” goes into courtrooms where military personnel “have spoken out, arguing that (today’s) wars are illegal (and immoral) under international (and US) law.” It’s a “practical guide” providing “specific discussion(s) of applicable regulations and laws” for readers “to form their own conclusions and consider their own options.” Above all, it’s a way for honorable young men and women to dissent, resist, and disengage from two illegal, immoral wars, in hopes many others will follow their example.

Dear Orly,
I know this AMICUS is timely, and WE just don’t know which way this is going to go, speaking of the hearing on the 13th, but I just wanted you to know our house is sure rooting for you, praying for you and our beloved Constitution to Stand. Interesting note the stamp letter I purchased for your hard copy, which will come in another day as well as Obama’s lawyers copy, had Seabiscuit on it. My heart leaped for joy with excitement as I was reminded of the long shot Seabiscuit was.
I’m hoping you watched the movie, or know the history of Seabiscuit… the small horse many thought had no prayer as a race horse let alone a competitive one, set in the age of a depression the horse captured and inspired an entire generation to know that sometimes the “heart” weilds power unseen to the eye that makes great strides and shocks the odds makers and rewards those who have the least chance to win! I hope it’s the case with Judge Carter and our cause mirrors Seabiscuit’s or Rocky Balboa’s, or David’s or any long shot heroic story where the odds makers were wrong and we WON !
The truth is , fighting for the right always gives you a very good feeling. Like returning something the checker overlooked and walking out of the store knowing you did the right thing by walking back in and showing her the error, rather then just walking away and thinking you got something for free. Things like this fight, you are fighting, and all of us who are supporting in every way we can this fight, WE together have allready won! Though there is a chance of great loss and dissappointment, we have allready won, because we know we have fought for the truth, the ingredients of which are Liberty, Freedom, and our Future generations economic prosperity.. we have fought for the American Dream of which Martin Luther King as a lion let roar… We have a Dream to protect and truth be told there isn’t a soul on this planet who deep down inside wants US.. THE U.S., WE The PEOPLE… to fight for the American Dream, because in truth it shall take us to new heights, new heavens, and set the heart full soaring where only eagles dare. May God bless us, and may God Bless America and her Constitutional Foundation!

DO NOT RECRUIT ACTIVE MILITARY TO QUESTION THE AUTHORITY OF THE CIC! YOU ARE SOLICITING THEM TO COMMIT A CRIME UNDER THE UCMJ! Let Orly do this herself. (I have warned against using active duty military as Plaintiff in any lawsuit attacking the authority of BO qua CIC; Leo has warned against this, too.)

Yes,I can well understand there are some who would cry foul when forced to prove that only lawful orders are followed in ALL things military.I don’t see any officers questions as mutiny when trying to ascertain if the orders they are given are lawful.In fact,the officers are duty bound to follow the USCMJ in ALL things.I doubt this will be ignored by corrupt officials.
