Makes sure you bring the lady who filed the affidavit to hearing so can give all the information the court. You want make you have alot of supporters present. It would also help to get more lawyers on your side and have them be at your side during the hearing.

I am praying for something good for July 13.
What I am wondering is has Judge Carter given Obama’s lawyers another chance by asking for further proof of service other than that which was provided before the June 12 deadline? Has he gone out of his way to favor Obama when in fact he should have granted a default judgement back then?

Please excuse my ignorance of legal matters but what does this mean in layman’s terms? Are the US attorneys aligning with you or against you in this case? I’m not familiar with a statement of interest. Thanks for explaining and I wish you the best of luck on the 13th. My thoughts and prayers will be with you.

and who is going to pay for it? For this lady to come to CA- air, hotel, car rental- it’s $1000 right there. Other attorneys are not free. Are you going to pay for it?

ha ha ha. The two acts you mention are NOT applicable to federal courts. Orly know this very well and will insist on here actual line. Orly don’t feel discouraged by the judges representing the US – this means absolutely nothing.

U.S. Attorneys, who represent the United States government, submit that the U.S. is an interested party to this case, even though the complaint did not name the United States as a defendant. Dr. Taitz, there is nothing else I can do to help you by way of finances. I will however give you my unconditional support and graditude for all you do to help this American feel and most importantly be free from the tyranny of the Usurper. I have some legal training. I took some paralegal courses back in the early 90’s and I was in the military police corp. US Army. My problem, I live in a state in which I’m surrounded by Liberal minded people who seem to not have a care in the world. If your ever in my state (MA) or in the New England area I would be proud to help out in anyway you may deem helpful. Even if that means standing guard duty. Keep up the great work.

OK, three questions. First, How do I get $1000 to you ASAP? Second, if you’re suing Obama as an individual and not as a federal agent, why would federal attorney’s have any standing to file a Statement of Interest? Wouldn’t they only have standing if you were suing Obama as a federal entitity (i.e. the president)? Three, if they claimed they have standing and that you didn’t serve Obama correctly since you couldn’t find someone to serve the papers to, couldn’t you then turn around and serve the summons to them?

Seems that there is a NEED to have ACTIVE Fund Raising. Maybe put someone in charge of that or a Fund Raising Committee.
