Dangerous Liaisons
I am concerned about a trend. I remember during Obama’s only senatorial run, his Republican opponent (I believe his name was Jack Ryan) was comfortably leading over Obama. At that point Obama’s supporters were able to convince a CA judge to unseal Ryan’s divorce records with some details that could be hurtful for Ryan’s son and Ryan dropped out of the campaign. Ambassador Keyes replaced him the last moment and didn’t have enough time to develop a full fledged campaign. And that is how Obama became a US senator.
During this election MO governor Matt Blunt was quite outspoken against Obama and called his goon squad tactic- scandalous. I asked a friend of mine, a Ca producer, to talk to Blunt and see if he will join my action, which would give me an original jurisdiction in the Supreme Court. My friend found out that Blunt was intimidated and blackmailed with some personal matter, and he decided to drop out of politics.
Recently governor Sanford of SC was extremely outspoken against Obama, and total lack of responsibility in his stimulus-porkilus package. He equated it to taxation without representation, as our children, grand children and generations to come will be taxed to their eyeballs with the results of Obama’s and Pelosi’s drunken sailor spending. Shortly thereafter a scandal broke and Gov. Sanford was caught in an affair. I read an AP article saying something to the extend of other governors being responsible, not like Sanford. AP was really at it’s best, making it into a capital case.
My response to this: Gov. Sanford was not elected to be the Mother Teresa of the year. He was elected to be the CEO of his state, make sure that Pro New World Order Crowd doesn’t destroy the economy of his state. He took the right stand and needs to stand strong.
To be quite honest, I am less concerned with Sanford’s affair with a Latin beauty, as I am with Larry Sinklair’s reports about Donald Young being Obama’s homosexual lover and being found shot in the head execution style at the onset of the Democratic Primary. The same happened to yet another gay parishioner of the same Trinity church and Chicago PD sits on it’s hands and provides no answers. With Sanford at least nobody was reported dead and looks like all his equipment is working, which cannot be said about majority of our elected officials, law enforcement and judiciary…
As for Jenny Sanford- I feel for you, I know it is unpleasant, but please Jenny, don’t make a capital case out of a misdemeanor. Give him some hell, pull some teeth, make him buy you a whole new wardrobe and a serious rock, but please, stay with the program. If Hillary could survive Monica Lewinsky, so can you. Please, stay tall, smile, laugh and run for senate. I guarantee you- with the sympathy vote of 50% of the electorate (women’s vote) and 60% of men in your state voting Republican- you are in, girl. Play the Hillary card.
As for AP and the rest of MSM, if I were to sit on their boards, I would be reading very closely and very carefully my dossiers sent to FBI, as it shows AP and the rest of MSM as employers of Barry and Michelle Obama, as reported on the Net databases. Too many way-back machines are scanning the net these days, you can’ t scrub everything and I’ll be really worried about being named as an additional defendant, if someone were to file a RICO suit…
So, Governor Sanford, please stay the course. You are in a unique position to challenge Obama. Don’t listen to these brainless hermaphrodites at AP and the rest of the MSM. They simply never learned the lessons of history. What happened to the liberal media in totalitarian regimes? In Russia they ended up in GULAG, in Germany –in Buhenwald and Dahau and in Saddam Hussein’s regime- in mass graves. You know this country is under assault and you can stop it. Since your State Supreme court case was dismissed, you can march into the Supreme Court certiorari and apply for a stay, or you can join other plaintiffs and go for an original jurisdiction. God works in mysterious ways, everything happens for a reason. You have a golden opportunity, please, don’t squander it.

in the case has now moved it from the “continued stalling phase” by the

dismissal without the merits being addressed, the correspondence should be

But remember though, the U.S. District Judge and/or the Magistrate Judge
were not asking for these letters. The first round came in spontaneously. Now, I
as the Lead Plaintiff am asking for more. 🙂 And, we were as surprised as
anyone when we saw those initial letters being put into the public record for the
case on the PACER system. We do not know if they will continue to put future
letters in the record. Either way still want letters sent to the Judge at this
critical standing decision making point in the case. At this point I wish to have
thousands of letters written to the Judge about the case and tell them how
“we the people” feel about the words in that motion to dismiss and the
supporting brief.
The chutzpah of those lawyers saying the defendants have “sovereign
immunity” on a Constitutional Matter such as this! This case is not about some simple misstatement or simple policy slip up or politics. This is a serious legal
matter. This is about violation of our Constitution. “We the people” are the
sovereigns! We created the Constitution and the LIMITED federal government.
It is now out of control. And as parts of the federal government, the President
and Congress are NOT Sovereign and above the laws and our Constitution, when it
comes to Constitutional matters. And we will be asking the court to so rule,
grant we Plaintiffs standing, and not dismiss the case.

Good morning all. Have you seen eBay this morning? There is not only the listing from the same seller that had his/her other 4 auction taken down by eBay but a new seller that has a listing for copies of that auction taken down. He also is promoting Orly!!!!! And others. This is a great way to advertise for free. Millions of people use eBay every day, domestic and international. He/she is bringing attention to our cause and says he/she plans to donate his proceeds. We can help by letting others know about these auctions. The media needs to be notified so it gets out publicly. I will be contacting the seller that is promoting Orly and others and letting him/her know that we are going to help get the word out. Obama and goons have information on other people which is used against them, at the same time never ever answering for their own
issues, shortcomings, crimes, etc. Information was unsealed re: Mr. Ryan but nothing of Obama’s never gets unsealed? How just is that?

I do not think he should resign but his political career is over as is his marriage. It is obvious from the emails that he is passionately in love with the Argentian woman. He will not be able to mend his marriage while he feels that strongly for another women. It is very difficult to get a man to open up and write letters like that. Mrs. Sanford can not make him love her like that. She needs to get a good lawyer and take half but he is so in love I have a feeling that he will not even care about losing so much. IT is sad and the poor children suffer.

It wasn’t “Obama’s supporters” who sued to get Jack Ryan’s divorce records, it was the Chicago Tribune and WLS-TV, the local ABC affiliate. Both Ryan and his wife agreed to make their divorce records public …

It is now public, so repent and move on. You made vows to your wife, now fulfill them! You made no vows to your “friend” in Argentina, so forget her.
God placed you in the governorship so do what He leads you to do and get back into the fight! We forgive you and we need you.

the interesting thing iirc is that obama claimed the public had an interest in in Ryan’s private divioce records, but we of course whuld have no interest in his (Obama’s) birth certificate…
Orly, if you can find the exact terminiology Obam used to do that, it may help in grounds for a case, or at least show hipocracy and the fact obama knows what he is doing…

Who wrote this article?? As much as I don’t approve of adultery, I can honestly say that this article is right on. We have a crisis brewing in our country and most of the scandals are Obama-made as retaliation. As far as his personal life, he will ultimately answer to God…but his political life, he answers to us, his constituents. And I agree, he is in a unique position.
We need to mail copies of this letter to our Congressmen….I’m emailing a copy of it to Governor Sanford right now.

Why can’t the First Amendment re Freedom of the Press and Public Interest be used to gain access to Obama/Soeteros adoption/citizenship Court Hearings/Orders?
Is there a Criminal Action re tampering with Obamas Passport Records? Can’t the Press have access to the records? Didn’t Obama have to produce a Birth Certificate to get his Passport?
If Jack Ryans were released, why not Obama’s?

Dear Mr Francis:
The recent rejection by your newspaper of a full page ad placement by WorldNetDaily by Cyd Kamakea in Classifieds as a “political ad” is shameful and completely ignores the fact that the “political issue” of the recent Presidential election is over and has been for some time. Perhaps you have noticed that Mr. Obama has been resident in the Oval Office for about six months now.
The ad placement was attempted in an effort to obtain evidence about the raging and ever-growing controversy now involving millions of Americans about the Constitutional eligibility of that individual. As you should be aware there are a number of lawsuits ongoing about this very matter. The fact that you refuse to accept the ad placement is a reflection, apparently, of the gratuitious and insular view of your paper thinking they are somehow “protecting” a man who may – or may not – be guilty of serious charges. Your “protection” seems to extend to withholding any truth that may be uncovered by hiding the fact that such a quest is ongoing.
Your decision to collude in the attempt to help hide the truth should properly be considered in a court of law and let’s hope that it will be. After all, if the eligibility is satisfactorily proved it will merely help solidify the presidential legacy. If not, then your attempt to forego the unearthing of evidence leading to the truth of this matter in a court of law merely evidences your disrespect toward millions of citizens of the United States (of which I used to believe that your state was a part) and the Constitution thereof.
I believe that you as a citizen of the US have an obligation to the country in helping to uphold the Constitution and you should take note of the fact that the Washington Times (who you once worked for as Circulation Operations Manager) has run – on three different occasions, the latest of which is linked below – a so-called “advertorial” about one of the many serious lawsuits now in court in the matter of Presidential eligibility (which the judge has characterized as a “serious matter”). In fact, many people in the military or government service have taken an Oath to support and defend the Constitution … and take that Oath seriously.

What bothers me about this is #1 the divorce had been a done deal long before Jack Ryan became a candidate-interesting what it says about First Amendment rights for the media as opposed to privacy rights of individuals. The American legal system favors transparency in all court proceedings. My question where is the transparency in any and all court cases involving Obama birth certificate issues? Maybe we should twitter thru Iran-people might pay attention to what is going on. How ironic that the United States of America and Iran are having the identical problems with “faulty” elections.

Records from the 1999 divorce of Illinois Senate candidate Jack Ryan were unsealed Monday, and the revelations contained therein are spooking some of his supporters. The documents contain allegations from his ex-wife, actress Jeri Ryan, that her then-husband had a predilection for taking her to raunchy sex clubs. Both Ryans opposed the unsealing of the divorce records. Why was the court permitted to overrule their wishes?
Because the First Amendment rights of media organizations generally supercede the privacy rights of litigants, since the American legal system favors transparency in all court proceedings. In the Ryan case, the Chicago Tribune and a Chicago TV station sued in Los Angeles (where the divorce proceedings took place) to unseal the records. In keeping with prior rulings nationwide, the court concluded that the public’s right of access outweighed whatever emotional distress the unsealing might cause.
To keep divorce records sealed, a defendant must prove that the release of the documents would cause objective harm to a concerned party, typically a juvenile. Indeed, the Ryans argued that salacious details of their case would damage their 9-year-old son. But the court ultimately concluded that only some of the documents contained information that might damage the child’s psyche and unsealed the rest. Unfortunately for Ryan’s campaign, the courts don’t construe the disclosure of embarrassing sexual quirks as innately harmful.

An earlier comment mentioned 2 gays murdered at Obama’s Church. There where 3 murders of gay members of Obama’s church with in a 40 day period. All execution style, all the same method. I think Young was the first, but not sure on this. I read a Chicago article on this but can’t find it now. Imagine that! Sinclair states Young called him a few days before he was killed telling Sinclair, Young feared for his life because he new too much about Obama, being his lover. Also said Wright new about it and helped cover this up.

Hopefully soon we will be free of this oppressive government who think it is their Constitution, wrong again Obama et al. The Constitution is for every citizen of the United States of America. Nixon et al. thought they were above the law also, our Constitution said no you’re not.
