Orly,

For you. Please feel free to post .

David

Dear Mr. Berg,

I am a USAFR office with over 17 years of service to my country. I can not tell you in words how distressing it is to have a Commander in Chief, if what he has told us is true, not qualified under our constitution to hold that office. This issue obviously presents tremendous ethical and moral challenges to those who wear the uniform and have an oath, not to the President, but to our sacred Constitution.

When I first learned of this I was hopeful that you and other attorneys would be successful in bringing a speedy resolution to the Constitutional crisis we are in at this very moment. I must tell you as well, having placed my hopes in the legal system for a remedy, learning you are suing another attorney fighting for us is nearly as disheartening as the situation itself. Do you understand this?

I know Orly. While your approach from hers differs in style the common goal which you share should override any differences you may have with her. Early on in this endeavor I decided to work with her, not because she is the most experienced, rather because she has the most heart. In battle, it is not always the best equipped army that prevails but the army that fights with the Armor of their convictions and the  heart of a Spartan.

Orly is quite understandable when you consider what a nightmare this must be for her; to see tyranny she escaped from again threatening to extinguish the light of freedom that brought her to our shores. If nothing else, where is your compassion? If a man rules the world but lacks compassion for his brethren he is NOTHING. Should he win the battle and not mourn the loss of the life of his enemy he will lose his very soul. It is not nor ever should it be just about winning. Put yourself in her place, after all she is not even your enemy and is fighting with everything she has for us.

When I originally decided to write to you my thought was to ask you to drop the lawsuit against her. After considering the price that Soldiers are required to pay to ensure our Constitution is defended, I now do not consider it too much to ask that you also help us in any way possible. I believe it is ones actions that define the person. I am convinced that your actions to my request will define you and your commitment not only to the Law but to those whose are sworn to defend it. I will understand if it is not in your power to help us and will not hold prejudice toward you but to continue to put yet another obstacle in front of us is not excusable.

V/R

I personally wish all the players would get together — together in strength we win, but divided we fall.

However, until then there are only two I support. Our own Dr. Orly and Andy Martin.

You put into words everything I wanted to say to Mr. Berg, but you did it much more eloquently. I agree with absolutely everything that you said.

Really is a shame and the colonel is right, this internecine legal activity in counter productive. If you define a commin enemy you cannot oppose each other during the battle. Colonel is right across the board.

Did you see how the iranian students protested their repressive governmnet–with verve and conviction, NOT a tepid play by the rules tea part which only produced laughter in Chairman Obama’s camp.

I think we here have been far too insulated from reality by two huge oceans. We had our 911 and the brits had it ever month in 1941- Manhattan if compared to Coventry would have left midtown from river to river, central part down to 14th street in total ruin–do we here have any idea what real suffering and deprivation and fear are all about. I mean HERE, not that which was experienced by our brave Vets of foreign Wars= possibly the writer here.

We are a nation of sleepers very very controlled in the main by this far left press that spins stories that serve Chairman Obama’s best interests and he sulks like a little boy when he bemoans the fact that FOX don’t love him.

When I first came on to the eligibility question Berg was our guru, and we followed all of his–mostly fruitless legal- actions with vigor and interest. But I do remember he sued Bush over 911 ( NOT silverstein who got double what he paid a judge rulloing it as a two tower incidnet rather than a single incident embracing boith towers), but that suit was adumbrated by his pursuit in court of this traitor fifth columnist Arab Manchurian Candidate Barry Soetoro.

The thing is with berg is that he was and is Hillary’s man–and I am sure he and her and others connected never recoverd from the split that happened early on when Obama was pulled away by UNLIMITED ARAB MONEY and he continues and will continue to kiss arab ass as he did in his first interview and when he twice bowed and kissed the arab kings arse. This guy is a no good anti-american bastard and should be thrown the hell out of office once and for all before he totally destroys this country.

I see all threse legal actions–many by our brave Jeanne d., arc Orly falling byb the way side as Obamas legal attack dogs go at the opposition whole hog–as in attacking lawyers representing eligibility clinets as producing frivolous suits in light of all thatb have been thrown out–nd this is obviosu now to a laymen like myself. Handwriting is on the wall I do not seer this man in office by the end of this year.

If there is a peaceful deminstration in washington it mustb be in huge numbers and the same thread must run through all signs–step down usuper, America does not want a traitor as its president, let him know he is in big trouble–HALF this country the half with brains–did not vote for this fake, Phoney and Fraud ( a BOB GRant Phrase).

This giuy has good script writers and good political chess players and ntheyn play this ACCORD community organizer in your face brass knuckles type of intimidation whichb the Republicans in disarray have not the brass balls to emulate. So yes, Obama is effective and he plays to the crowd–his crowd like a rock star and the press has a plate, knife and fork under his ass.

Maybe we need a Gulag in North Alaska somewhere for Boxer, Feinstein, Pelosi, Hillary, Kerosne Maxine Waters ( the consuimmate rascist jerk). Dodd, Barney-Frank-keep him supploies with nice young pages at our expense< Rahn Emmanual a real section 8 from isreal bet they were glad to see him go, Pannata for CIA–are they crazy–and Sotomayer–a low grade affirmative action product of the hispanic ghetto who seem to knmow more about life and suffering than white men–her words to that effect.

This piece of garabage president is surrounded by racists, commies and america haters. Rev Wright is spewing venom again and anti semtic venom, but the lefty galut jews will continue to vote for anti- semites, the catholics for late term abortionsits–country is a real mess these days.

Maybe it needs a benign dictator for a brief period to repair and reconstruct and ressurrect GM sans over bearing union influence. Unions ment something at one time, now they are politican wings of the DUMOcrats.

A charismatic well backed leader of an independent party–perhaps a Nationalist Party -would do better than Perot did with 17,000,000 votes thus putting the great stain maker clinton in office on a plurailty (Strangely, no run offs in america at presidential level… Countryt is ready for a change and tired of the same old stuf and that attitude was before Adolph Obama–or is it Jesus Obama now. not sure.

You will notice that orly has acrrued many militray types on her list–even a retired General–what doe this indicate in micro focus and intensity? To my miond it is a cloose in shot and focus on ONE spot of a leopards coat filled with myriad spots of the same kind. It indicateds to me the greatest fear of the Obama administration–almost hysteria -as voiced by napolitano alluding the white vets coming back as McVeighs–whoever with half a brain and the IQ of a worm can forget that comment–well what was behind it? FEAR of a MILITARY UPRISING. They kniow the miklitrayt is very unhappy–first with the clintons spitting on them, Bush running them into the ground and now Obama speaking of his own personal SS guard–in so many words. I have ears and I have a serviceable memory like many and we do not forget the things that were said.

I think the much mailgned Alan Keyes would be the best bet for president on an independent party line. Right now in polls an independent partyy would be running even with elephants and ASSES.

Keyes would be an eloquent and sincere president and Obama on his best day and without teleprompter could never approach of approximate Keyes.

I understand that most people are looking for sundown andpayday, a lil time with family, some recreation and TV, trying to pay bills and stgay ahead, Most don’t have alot of time to be intimately informed, but this group are the main targets of major economic change, but in thier preoccuppation they are sleepers and are probably due for a huge awakening if this Adolphj Obama is allowed o continue at the base he is moving and he is moving at this pace because he is afriad that the momentum will soon be stopped or he will be. Did you know he wears a bullet proof vest–but he has no worries, Walmart is out of bullets for some reasons–check it out– certainly no pistol and revolver ammo. Seems to me a gun without bullets is like a car without gas. Believe he Adolph Obama is worried–they all are–and someone is pulling this man’s strings and that someone is wearing a turban and is connected to infionite oil money iun shariah banks–Obama is an arab lackey make no istake about it and it was those people that pulled him away from hillary–remember? almost 22 months of their nuaseating combative rhetoric?

The good colonel may start thinging in terms of a close reading of the declaration of independence, and the section in our coinstitution about a militia, because if noine dare call his actions treason than we are indeed a country of passisve and brain dead fools.

The word everyone steers clear of is ACTION–everyone wants results in a court of law–will not happen. IN the news? NEVER–press has their collective commie head up obamas arse. Wait to 2010 for first signs of change? TOO LATE–look what this Bastard has done to us in six damned months!!!!!

Was blood shed when this country was formed and
led by radical right wing extremists?

I use the word blood to emphacise that a real commitment to change is required, not tired pontificating, expansive rhetoric and learned analysis and woe is me attitudes ad nauseum. Thelegal gambit is laudable and praiseworty, but this bum controls the game and the casino along with pieces of garbage like Frank and Dood, Raines and Johnson–they ripus off, berate us, and feathger theirmown ests constantly right under our eyes in OUR system of governmnet–thats right: Ripped off by and within your system of government run by dirty rat bastards, cheats, crooks, complacent and fat– am just waiting foir them to tell us to eat cake.

So america– those of us who did not vote for this hollow shirt Barry Soetoro, when are you going to get your collective heads out of your collectives arses and smell the flowers of truth and justice for a change?

Berg made a noble attempt, Farah is a friend to all that destest this traitor, WND is always trying to clarify and assist, Orly’s resolve is forged
in the incandescent furness of honest and true resolve, but I think all this legal acvtion is just pelting the sytem with marshmellows–Obama et all deflects it with ease–he lies in our face, he spits in our face and we say OK, well what can you do?

He perverts the law and our blessed constitution and nobody can do anything? are we that Hamstrung? Are we that docile and stupid steaped in dailogue amd moot court mentalities. I love when the scholars mince this out– blah blah blah and they never accomplish anything but simply more clearly define their ouw impotence in this matter.

This Adolph Obama is dangerous because he believes all the bullshit about his secular deification. We got to stop yawning like little children just waking up in the morning. He cannot continue as president and we should demand his recall in the civil manner, the law abiding manner and in a manner that refelcts our rights to do so. This should occur in the peaceful march on washington–silent resolve like Gandi’s indians against the brits, but focused and pointed. If that does not work.

Then the second visit–a very focused and organized visit- a strategic visit if you will and not without tactics and intelligence or you are just wasting your time, can be led or guided by similar names like Col Earl Graef, some of the notables in Orly’s rather unique list. Many of the million marchers will be relatives of active military–and I am not entirely sure this poresident has the backing of his own much oppressed and maligned military– I cannot see this damned communiuty organizer affrimative action professor with his finger on the red nuke button or controlling our nuke subs, just like I can’t see the old hands at CIA taking Pannetta very seriously.

If here is a serious action it has to occur en masse, not sporadic barking or fist waving.

So threee items for guidance beside commonsense and a real sense of discust: The Declaration of independence–opening paragraphs, the constitutional right to keep and bear arms and to have a militia, and also Imwould suggest you see the movie VIVA ZAPATA–very historically accurate and surprising for Hollyweird–parallels :DIAZ/Bush Maderos/Obama.

10 officers ( like those on Orly’s list) know 100, and 100 know 1000, and 1000 know 10,000, and 10,000 know 100,000 and 100,000 know 1,000,000. A cop with out a side arm is useless to enforce law.

    Col Earl-Graef,

My husband is retired Air Force, and I agree w/ you in that Obama is ineligible to be the Commander-in-Chief of our Armed Forces. I also stand w/ u in your support of Orly.

I agree that Mr. Berg should join forces w/ Orly in the joint fight against Obama rather than attempt to slow her down w/ a frivolous lawsuit. It is highly suspect. Either Mr. Berg has a serious ego problem, or he’s been bought out by the thugs. I sure hope he just has a bruised ego… Regardless, he needs to stop this nonsense and get over it.

i PERSONALLY do not think orly should join forces with berg. I think berg has either been threatened or paid off by obama or the people who pull his strings. If berg has inside information what orly is doing he could report to the thug administration and eventually halt what orly has accomplished to this point. Berg should be sent millions of letters to back of orly then orly should persue at full speed as she has been. I feel lady liberly along with the people that are helping can do better without berg. Just my opinion. I WOULD like for some good attorneys, judges, law enforcement officers donate to help her. If people that have been threatened by obama (like ron polarik) would testify that he was indeed threatened or paid off to back off the eligibility issue then orly could suceed.

Col. de Graef, that was a very moving letter. Very, very well written. I believe that Berg has either 1) an ego problem; or 2) an agenda. If he was really interested in getting the usurper out of the White House, he ought to work WITH Orly, instead of against her. And by “working with her”, I don’t mean ordering her around and acting like he’s superior. He’s not.

The long post from MP is excellent and raises a good question: can thousands of military members go together in a group to the White House and demand Obama’s documentation? These could be retired military. If they all banded together in uniform and literally walked down Pennsylvania Avenue and demanded a hearing with the Usurper for his documentation, why wouldn’t that work?
