Governer Brewer of Arizona

Dr. Taitz,
I have attached a letter that I certified mailed to Governor Brewer of Arizona. I followed with an email a couple of weeks later. Never heard a thing from her in regards to protecting the men and women of the Arizona Guard. It is remarkable how scared everyone is over this subject of constitutional insubordination by Obama. I cannot believe that parents of young recruits are not questioning the legitimacy of man who without reservation will send their children into harms way. I cannot with good conscious have my daughter serve this nation because the military oath of office has become meaningless. S/F Gary Peters

    Since I’m already retired from the Navy Reserve (Seabees in Tucson, AZ), I surely will not be asked/ordered back to active reserve status. BUT, since there is in the White House a “man” who has more distain for our military than even Clinton had, all bets are off.
    IF he ordered me and my fellow Seabees back to active reserve status, I would hesitate to do so. If we all refused to follow his “order”, I really wonder what he would do. Maybe Leavenworth, KS would end up being the largest “city” in Kansas, maybe.

    Not just willfully send them into harm’s way, but actually remove the safety systems that had been put into place that has been protecting our country since 9-11 from further attacks. He also is removing the missile defense systems while North Korea launches missiles over Japan and towards Hawaii and with the ability of striking California etc. This man is not going to send our brave men and women into harms way…he is allowing the harm to come home to us.

    Please, do not give up. Do not be intimidated by the thugs who allowed this person to illegally become President of the United States. Right now, you are this nations best hope of exposing this fraud, of rectifying this destruction of our freedoms, our liberties and the Constitution. If there was some way you could get a retired fireman’s name added to that suit, I would be more than happy to lend mine, but until then, just know that there are a good many of us out here hoping and praying that you are successful in making this usurper reveal the files and papers he is hiding from the American people.

    After all, if he is who he says he is and is from where he claims to be from, then he can very easily make all this go away by releasing the files. Instead, he is spending millions of dollars hiding them and keeping them from being seen. If there is nothing to hide, then why is he hiding them?

    Dear Dr. Taitz:

    Am folowing all that you are doing closely. There is a latin saying that says in effect: “… from the heal of Hercules, you can determine his enture size.” Words to that effect. This soldier is part of that ‘heel’

    As I Have mentioned in a prior e-mail, is that despite your laudable and tenacious march forward you are to your obvious sense of frustration being STOMEWALLED. Berg got shot down and Creep is begging for funds and help in anticipation of heavy legal action against him.

    In my mind, Barry Soetoro should be forced out like Nixon, but ghius guard will look at all such attempts–and yours!~ as right wing extremists. The enemy of Obama is going to be his own military. The proportyion of Blacks to whites no longer reflects the Viet Nam era black proportion of around 23%. Essentially it is a white military.

    Obama and his gangsters have made this among otherthings, a racist administration and perhaps the whites may at long last be forced to see themselves as whites.

    In any event I am praying your gambit finally opens some light on this fraud in office. I think the Tea parties are the first shot across the bow, to be followed by civil disobedience, rallies for his removal, and perhaps violent reaction to acorn provocations. In other words the seeds of disruption and revolution have been sown and if this liar and thief does not step down for reasons of health or what have you, then the country will sink into armed revolution. The sales of gunsd in my area is up by a quantum leap and I am told very few checks bounce which means a responsible lot is arming itself.

    You are an ethical and trenscious creature of law, but with out order you cannot apply law and as mentioned the entire repiblic in charge of our safety and affairs is lock armed around this man–cowards that they are.

    The million man march should hold up one sign:” Do the right thing, Step down Obama.” Then have a group dressed in French revolution Basyile clothes parading mock guillotine with a sign on it saying ” We do not want to eat cake”

    The fissure in this used to be democratic republic will cvome from those charged to serve and protect this Indonesian national illegal. And one is reminded of Gandi’s Sikh body guards. This fraud must resign before the genie is let out of the bottle–meaning the cause of an irriversible action.

    BY the way sent you $100 POstal MO direct to you. Shame you are having these problems by low class infilTRAITORS and that is acorn and sick Soros at work. Many of us will stand by you to the end in your cause for it is noble and true and you represent the best of what we are or were.

    I don’t think those tough guys in the military at all levels will abide this fraud too much longer and I think his spies are delivering that message to the lefty swine he surrounds himself with.

    As an older person, I am appalled that we went so low as to put this fraud in, and EVERYONE I speak to with half a brain is as well in shock over this–nothing ever before like it in politics in my life time.

    This I know I hope your efforts b ear fruit for it is the right way to go ethically, morally and in LAW. But if your efforts do not work and the efforts of other do not work as the left attack moves into high gear, then ‘other’ steps will have to be taken BEFORE the much anticipated elections in 2010–by that time this clever swine will have legalized the illegals.

    He has to step down OR be removed if the law of our soictey administered by cowards simply fails to accomplish its constitutional goals.

    I mention again,,as I always do, that the opening of the Declaration of Independence in its first paragraph provides the guidance for change.

    Good luck to you in your noble quest–you are tops with us old guys.
