We need people to take charge in AZ. Sen Kyl, R. senate leader got the dossiers twice. His aid Tom Homphrey or he were supposed toget in touch with us. we nede citizens to call and demand that he brings the issue of Obama’s illegitimacy for presidency to the Senate Judicial committee or common law citizen’s grand jury will indict him for fraud and treason together with Obama

    Do you or anyone else have the phone numbers or direct email address to Senator Kyle? I am a resident of Arizona and I actually like Senator Kyle quite a bit. Of the two Senators in AZ, he is the better one and much more likely to Act then the other option.

    Well so far it is apparent our officials intend to maintain their status quo in doing exactly as they please regardless of the law or Constitution so therefore ALL should be indicted that have been informed of the situation.It amazes me that 300 million souls are expected to follow the law while 535 are simply above the law.

    It is a shame that not one of the 535 members of Congress have the integrity and love of country that Dr. Orly Taizz possesses and demonstrates!?!?!?!?

    The 535 in congress intend to continue what they do best: NOTHING!!!

    If anyone is depending on them to do their job: Don’t hold your breath.

    One thing I would like to see would be to send them home and stay
    there while getting full pay and all benefits. This country would be
    better off without them.

    Senator Kyl seems to be stonewalling the “Obama” citzenship issue just like Senators Cornyn and Hutchison of Texas.

    Here we go again. I sent a message to the Senator, including my full contact details, a couple weeks ago and have gotten no response. So I sent another one. Here it is:

    Senator Kyle:
    I wrote a couple weeks ago in inquiry of the dossiers that you received from Dr. Orly Taitz Esq. My understanding is that you promised to review them whether personally or through your aide to the judiciary Tom Homphrey. Dr. Taitz nor I for that matter have heard any response from you on this matter. Sir, this is no small matter. Just peek at the White House open goverment dialoge site and you will see thousands of comments from concerned patriots. Barack Obama, aka Barry Sotero, may very well be an usurper to the office of the President and could very well be guilty of fraud and forgery. We need someone with a backbone to help resolve this issue. Please, I ask you again to remember and honor your oath to the constitution of this great nation. Many of us are still waiting for an honest response from you, even if it’s just to say you refuse to help.

    I am in Phoenix visiting my family…we all sent this letter to Senator Kyl and will be following up with a call to his office.

    Senator Kyl,

    It is my understanding from Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ, and the Defend Your Freedoms Foundation, that you, your aide Tom Homphrey, and your office received copies of dossiers she and her associates prepared outlining criminal activity on the part of Barack Obama. You not only received these once, but twice, and have failed to do your Constitutional duty.

    You need to honor your oath to protect and preserve our Constitution and submit these dossiers to the Judicial Committee and start a proper investigation. If you do not comply, the Common Law Citizens Grand Jury of Arizona will have no choice but to indict you for fraud and treason together with Barack Obama.

    I suggest you take time to read our Constitution and the definition of “Natural Born”. Under its statutes, neither he nor fellow Arizonan Senator John McCain are Natural Born.

    Please do the right thing. Remember, it took one small patriot with a small stone to bring down the giant Goliath.

    I have totally lost faith that our cowardly U.S. Senators or U.S. Representatives will address the “Obama” eligibility issue.

    I doubt the FBI will ever do anything as the top ranks are filled with yes men and political cowards.

    Most judges will be cowards or bought-out crooks on this issue.

    In the end my guess is that it will be the U.S Army and/or We The People fighting in the streets to get the usurper out of office.

    I actually write Kyl through one of his aids, andrew_wilder@kyl.senate.gov. I have asked him to pass on information to Kyl on an endless basis (since last year).

    I plan on sending this information that others have posted here on to Andrew Wilder and demanding that it be passed to Kyl.

    Also, here is the link to the Urban Dictionary definition of Natural Born (but, we of course, know that the birth certificate has become a distraction as Obama is a British subject by way of his father, Obama, Sr. and the British Nationality Act of 1948.
