You got the right idea!
This is the reason why the person either is still alive…
Or that he’s wounded or dead?
When an officer either says this or that, he/she means it!
This could have saved a lot of lives, if the person would have been ready to either not drop of the gun/knife…
Or he/she would have dropped the item in his hand/s?
This means life or death…~
