At the request of tea party leaders in Arizona, famed Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio has promised to investigate the validity of Barack Obama’s purported long-form birth certificate in a determination of the president’s eligibility for the county’s 2012 election ballot.
Tea party leaders in Surprise, Ariz., met with Arpaio and WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi Thursday morning to express concern that a fake birth certificate would be used to document the president’s eligibility to run in Maricopa County, where Arpaio is the chief law enforcement officer.
Arpaio’s tough crackdown on illegal immigration has made him a national figure.
At a one-hour meeting in Arpaio’s office, the tea party leaders presented the sheriff with a petition that was drafted after a speech by Corsi the previous night. Corsi, author of a best-selling book challenging Obama’s eligibility, “Where’s the Birth Certificate?”, presented evidence from numerous computer-imaging specialists who believe the document presented by the White House April 27 is not authentic.

At the gathering Wednesday night of more than 325 people, sponsored by the Surprise Tea Party Patriots of Surprise, Ariz., and the Liberty Through Action organization, 242 signatures were gathered on the petition, which requested that Arpaio begin a criminal investigation.

The petition calls for the sheriff to investigate the possibility that a crime has been committed against the Arizona secretary of state, who must decide whether to put Obama’s name on the ballot
Arpaio told the tea party leaders the complaint is within his jurisdiction, and he will be forced to investigate. He said he expects political pressure, but he pointed out that as the chief law enforcement officer of Maricopa County, he’s taken an oath to respond to citizens who approach him about enforcing the law.
Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Justin Griffin confirmed to WND that Arpaio is “waiting to receive all the documentation and all the investigative material from Dr. Jerry Corsi, and then he will look into the matter and compare it to the Arizona revised statutes.”
The petition states:
We the undersigned citizens are respectfully requesting that you initiate a criminal investigation under the authority of A.R.S. 13-2407 A-C, Into the alleged Certificate of Live Birth, File Number 151 61 10641, State of Hawaii, for Barack H. Obama II. The document was released on April 27, 2011, by the White House to the press and posted on the White House website and distributed and downloaded by computer throughout the nation, including within Maricopa County. Reportedly, several experts have declared the document to be a forgery. Reportedly, the file number may be out of sequence; “THE” appears to be misspelled as “TXE” in the State Registrar’s stamp; there appears to be a “smiley face” in the “A” in the Alvin T. Onaka, State Registrar stamp; reportedly the document has computer generated, multiple layers and is not a copy of a single layered document; font types appear to vary throughout the document, reportedly, not possible with a vintage 1961 mechanical typewriter. We urge you to continue to support the Rule of Law and to investigate and determine whether the alleged Certificate of Live Birth, for Barack H. Obama II, File Number 151 61 10641, is a forgery or an authentic document. A.R.S. 13-2407 A-C, declares that tampering with a public record is a class C felony.
“I think what we’ve seen is history created today,” said Surprise tea party leader Brian Reilly. “This is probably the first time in this country that citizens have gone to a sheriff over a national issue.”
Reilly said he’s “extremely grateful” that Arpaio will look into the matter is “hopeful that this will achieve what we’re expecting to achieve on this issue, which is the truth.”
“We’re trying to get to the truth,” he emphasized.

That’s great. Orly you need to send Arpaio proof of the social security number fraud. When they start digging, they need all the info. they can get to put the puzzle together. They need to know the social securities he used, etc.
I think Arpaio is going to bring hell to Barry boy. He is the perfect guy for that. If he finds something, he’ll probably contact the military so they can take care of the problem.
Apparently things are about to get VERY ugly. Can you imagine Barry boy using pink undies at Arpaio’s jail? 🙂

Additionally, every American needs to forward to Arpaio and and their own sheriffs information about Obama’s use of a fraudulently obtained Social Security number and demand prosecution and warrant for arrest of Obama on charges of uttering of forged BC and stolen SS ID. Congress is not moving, as they know, that Democrat senators will protect him and even if he is impeached, he might not be removed. There is a lot of corruption among federal judges, who refuse to act and either dismiss cases against Obama or simply sit on these cases and refuse to render an opinion or even worse, attack me with sanctions, in order to intimidate me and everyone, who thinks of going against the criminal in the White House. It is important for sheriffs and District Attorneys and Attorney Generals of the States to act based on their state laws, convict him and have warrants for his arrest

What are the chances that Gov. Brewer will try to sabotage Sheriff Joe? This represents an existential threat to her credibility and legitimacy in the wake of her torpedoing the Arizona Eligibility Act passed by the Ariz. State Legislature. The fact that the Tea partiers went to Maricopa County and not the Gov’s mansion is rather telling, don’t you think?

When enough State Attorneys General get together for a federal lawsuit against Obama and for that matter damn near ALL of the federal government and Hawaiian State agencies covering for him, Obama will likely at least be stricken from qualifying for the 2012 election ballot in those States. Secretaries of State can decide who makes it on the State ballot and dare Obama to take them to federal court if they ban him from their ballots!!! We don’t have to depend on the bribed State politicians in the State legislatures to get the impostor off the ballot. All 12 of those States have essentially caved. New Hampshire’s law doesn’t go into effect until 2013, so it gives O? a pass. Georgia’s law, if it was to pass next year, was also to have an effective date of 2013!!! Even the key GOP legislator in Georgia, Hatfield, who sponsored the Birther bill this year has recently discovered that his district is now being gerrymandered by a Republican-dominated committee in the GOP-dominated Georgia House. The Arizona Governor, Jan Brewer, apparently really wanted some fed money for some pet project in her State to go so far as to veto the birther legislation such spurious claims as “it gives the Secretary of State too much power over elections”. The State legislatures with Birther bills have been heavily bribed by Obama’s minions, which is illegal, but nobody in the justice departments care to prosecute it. In Savannah, Ga, it was discovered that the feds bribed a Conservative Republican legislator, that had previously already committed to vote yes on the Birther bill, with federal funds to deepen the Savannah harbor.

I’m calling on ALL the followers of this issue to wear a pink arm band around their upper arm until Obama is arrested. Sheriff Joe Arpio is famous for making his prisoners wear pink! He probably has no jurisdiction to arrest Obama, but publicity is the key! This will make the issue a topic of discussion everywhere because people will be curious what the arm band means, and will ask about it!

I feel an undercurrent in the US. I think Orly will finally get the respect and thanks she deserves. It seems this week FINALLY this taboo subject is beginning to be mentioned by others that originally would not touch the subject. It would be ironic justice if Sheriff Arpaio was able to turn the tables on this Administration. About Trump: I am feeling better about him. Heard him interviewed on Hannity and he apparently (from what I could tell) is not going to be in the election- I was afraid he would split the vote. As Trump is a real estate whiz, he was talking about Obama’ real estate wheeling and dealing in Chicago with some property he owned, that according to Trump, would have anyone else in jail!

We want our country back! This last edict to not deport illegals breaks the law already on the books. Napolitano is in on the fraud.She knows barry soetero is illegal putative POTUS. I have also faxed and emailed Sheriff Joe. Everyone should write him and implore his authority as sheriff to act for TRUTH! I also contacted Sheriff Babeu in Pinal county to join the fight against tyranny from fed government and the corruption rampant in DC. Our Republic is near extinction without intervention by the last vestige of order which is our county Sheriffs. The courts are compromised. The multiple cases of filing are steps that reveal the corrupt already in place. They will not resolve the main issue in time to arrest barry soetero. The counties across America are the last bastion of hope. Some are already corrupt in their own operation. Find ones that have integrity and will stand for TRUTH. Otherwise, it will be very ugly on the streets. Freedom lovers will not lay down and obey a usurper liar-in-chief.

Is high noon already and it has been for a while, for our good Sheriff Joe Arpaio to get involved and jail the bandit.
Action is needed from men who have the authority and the courage to stand up with the Constitution on their hand.
Corruption is going too far already, our children are watching and also the world.

Carl Manning brings up important information. The bribery of people to silence them…Chicago pay to play. The offering of big project money, to drop out of the birther legislation. If this bribery effort information across the states can be gather, it will strengthen a lawsuit, to show what means are being used to sabotage lawmakers and proper legislation.

Suggest that we set up a pink shorts fund called
“Put obama in the pink”; as he has put this country in the red.

The TEA party should make this meeting as public as possible. A great day is in store for the TEA party for this event. It is guaranteed to get national attention; especially if placards of obama in pink shorts becomes a national symbol.
