2018 Initiatives, Referendums & Recall Applications
Preparing an Initiative, Referendum or Recall
- Form a political committee through the Secretary of State’s online system, or be prepared to designate an existing (non-candidate) political committee to act as the petition sponsor.
- File an Application for Serial Number with the Secretary of State’s Office.
- Acquire the appropriate initiative, referendum, or recall petition in-person from the Secretary of State’s Office.
- Ensure any paid or out-of-state circulators have registered with the Secretary of State’s Office.
- Circulate petitions and obtain signatures from eligible voters.
- Submit circulated petitions to the Secretary of State’s Office by the statutory deadline.
- The Secretary of State and various County Recorders will process the petitions and determine whether enough signatures were gathered to place the measure on the ballot.

AZ is a huge problem this year. Not only do we need to recall McCain and/or make sure he can’t hand his seat to his wife or daughter, but we have to field a viable primary opponent for the traitor Jeff Flake.

What basis would we have to throw the democrats out? They were elected to keep Obamacare in place. They may be completely wrongheaded, but they have kept their campaign promises. McCain, on the other hand, was elected because he said he wanted to get rid of it. He has broken his word and needs to be recalled.

not care, and is mentally ill and sick from
cancer. He will get govt benefits, military
benefits, and civilian benefits. He really
should resign and retire soon. He is just
a disgusting freeloader on all of us. Go

McCain is not the problem. Blaming him for what the democrats are doing is a much bigger problem. That is how democrats get away with what they are doing and why we have such a slim majority.

No Rich, you are wrong. It was McCain who tipped the balance into the Democrats favor on repeal and he’ll do it again on tax reform and immigration if his health allows. If democrat senators are recalled in blue states, what is to keep them from electing another democrat or a RINO? AZ is solidly republican and McCain could easily be replaced by a trustworthy conservative. I am all for replacing democrats, but an effort to recall them all is foolish.

What is the eligibility requirement to be a Senator?
McCain was born in a Colon Panama Hospital and I have a copy of the birth record from the Railroad which kept the birth records. There is no such thing as a Panama Canal owned by the United States. The Hays Banau Varilla Treaty gave use only to the United States. I have give enough copies of the McCain birth certificate to people that it should be all over the internet.
