    Very dumb citizens and terrorists. M. has
    stolen all the wealth and retires to Qatar.
    They ought to get Interpol to arrest him and
    extradite him back to Gaza City for trial.
    Ditto, the Hague for War Crimes Trials. When,
    Lord, when???
