Attorneys for Loretta Fuddy attempt to substitute her with Dr. Linda Rosen as a defendant in the law suit.
Attorneys for Loretta Fuddy attempt to substitute her as a defendant by Linda Rosen, new Director of Health. Plaintiff Orly Taitz does not believe that this substitution will be allowed, as the case includes RICO, Racketeering Involved Corrupt Organization, where the complaint charges that Loretta Fuddy, Alvin Onaka, Nanci Pelosi and others became criminal co-conspirators in RICO, in a scheme to certify as genuine laughable forgeries that Obama is using as IDs. Linda Rosen is a new person, she was not a part of this conspiracy and the estate of Loretta Fuddy should be listed as a defendant. Additionally, there is currently a clear conflict of interest between Rosen and the Department of Health of Hawaii and the State of Hawaii and it appears the state is seeking to involve an innocent person in this conspiracy. Taitz believes that the court should bring Rosen and schedule a hearing to see, if she understands the nature of the case and whether she waves her right to a private attorney due to the conflict of interest.

It seems if this is a move to protect Fuddy’s estate then it would be very interesting to know who are the inheritors of her assets.

Yes, very true. Where is the will? Did she
(Loretta) have a will? No will? Huh? Makes
a big difference, for example, if this newbie,
Linda Rosen, is named Rep. for the Estate.
Could spell big problems, IMO.
Sorry, that Yamamoto was excluded. They may
yet find him deceased along the beach somewhere.
Trust the Obots, IMO.

Did Loretta have a will? No will? Was Rosen
the repr. for the Estate?
Big problems loom. IMO.

Dear Orly,
Is it possible that the attempted substitution of Rosen’s name for Fuddy’s name in the MS lawsuit opens a way for you to demand disclosure of Fuddy’s autopsy report in your representative capacity (under Maui PD rules) by being a plaintiff in the MS lawsuit, such as thru a court order from the judge?

Does the estate of a defendant, (after the death of course), have the same legal protection of confidentiality as a living person? In other words can you now subpena Loretta Fuddy’s personal legal records?

Is this an attempt to prevent you from seeking Fuddy’s records?
