   Denise, if Obama is hiding in the home or office of the judge or Congressman, then yes, that might worked. “Harboring” means that the person is assisting in hiding the alien physically.

   Questions??? Are Judges, congressmen, law enforcement agencies, other public servants required to have malpractice, e and o insurance
   like Doctors, Lawyers, Real Estate Personell?

   Or are they bonded like many others who are in a position of trust? Can injured parties
   file claim against neglience, error, abuse of power etc? Interesting to know the answer!!!

    I do not believe so. You would not have standing. However, anyone that will be laid off due to Obama’s sequestration, could sue Obama. They would have standing.

    Why didn’t Congress obey the law and fund border security? Why is border security a politically controlled duty? Perhaps all laws need to be funded in order to pass.
    In the state of MS they passed e-verify but there is no way to enforce it. oops. its the same old trick over and over again.
