Another NAVY ship collides with a ship. Note from Orly: what is going on there, are the crews drunk or drugged? How can they not see a large tanker, particularly, with all the sophisticated equipment?

    Dear Orly,

Are these collisions the result of Obama’s social engineering? Are the commanding officer and 2nd in command both named Sanchez and from Puerto Rico, or is this more disinformation? Was their training up to the standards of the US Navy in WWII and the decades following? Or has laxness and screw-off become the norm of today?

What do the admirals that Obama fired think about this state of affairs?

Everyone in the Navy, without exception, should have been taught that 2 ships approaching each other on the SAME bearing, over time while the distance between ships
diminishes, will be on a collision course; and that the combined speed of both ships is the speed of the oncoming collision (example: 25 KT plus 25 KT equals 50 KT, or close to a mile (0.96 mile/min) of travel in one minute). Where were the lookouts on deck/bridge with binoculars ready to give warning? Is today’s Navy so in love with tech that there are no lookouts on deck/bridge anymore?

What in the world in happening with the caliber of our Navy, which for my lifetime has been the best in the world, until now apparently?

The damaged destroyer was aptly named the John McCain so you can draw your own conclusions as to the parallel between McCain and the ship .

More incompetence on the part of our sailors! Not a peep about anyone getting fired after the Fitzgerald collision either! Besides electronic monitoring these ships have lookouts which job is to monitor 360 degrees for any vessels approaching their ship. Did they all go blind at the same time? I know because my son served in the Coast Guard and on family day we got to have a small tour across the port and showed us how they operate, my son was one of the lookouts and was in constant communications with the Bridge relaying information on any vessel approaching the ship. Every time a democrap Congress or President is in charge the military branches are the first ones to pay the consequences. From budget cuts to lower morale, lack of training, lack of leadership and lowered standards are the result of democraps. Believe me, I know, I served 20 1/2 years in the Army and those were my experiences every time democraps ran the country. These are the remnants of the obola’s administration flakes in charge. Not only the swamp needs to be drained in D.C. but also in our military!
