   It will appear soon enough as soon as the clerks have processed it. Alito will forward it to conference and it will be denied. An takers out there? I am giving 5 to 1 that this POS dies at the next conference or before.

   You need to put the numbers for SCOTUS up at the top of your page in addition to the names of the clerks that we need to talk to when we call. The addresses should be posted to. It is time we bombard them with calls and letters. If anyone lives in the area, please go to the court to find out what is going on. Dr. Orly should get on a plane right away and visit them. I don’t see how we can stop these people from their flagrant flaunting of our laws. If we don’t come together now and fight as a whole, our cause will be lost forever and we will be a nation run by tar babys!

   IT IS TIME FOR US TO MAKE A STAND. DO IT TOMORROW AND EVERY DAY UNTIL WE GET ANSWERS!!!!

   Tom Coburn Rep. Sen. Okla. and John Sullivan Rep. Congressman Okla. Voted for the Stimulus package…They both won by landslides…Evil keeps on marching along…I am truly ashamed of what has happened to America and it’s Treasonous Federal Court System.

    I see the press has time to report on injunctioning the Arizona anti-immigrant law, but no time at all to report on the failure of the Supreme court to act.

    What do you plan to do next?

    And let’s not forget these wonderful nuggets of Democrat racism:

    -The Republican party was started in 1854 with the sole purpose of ending slavery. The Democrats were the pro-slavery party.

    -It was the Southern Democrats who started the Ku Klux Klan in order to prevent blacks from voting Republican. In fact, the first victims of the Ku Klux Klan were Republicans, not blacks.

    -Democrat President Woodrow Wilson re-established segregation in federal government offices for the first time since 1863 and then unilaterally fired blacks serving in official roles. To their protests, he stated, “segregation is not a humiliation but a benefit, and ought to be so regarded by you gentlemen.”

    -It was Democrats such as George Wallace and Bull Connor that were the ones blocking black kids from entering integrated schools as portrayed in Norman Rockwell’s famous painting.

    -The longest filibuster in US history is by the Democrats against the 1964 Civil Rights Act. It was filibustered by none other than James “Robert” Byrd, the old Klansman himself who Tip O’Neill used to call “Sheets Byrd”. He’s a Democrat, the longest serving member in Congressional history, and was the only member of the current Congress to have been a Ku Klux Klan member. I shouldn’t just say member, he was an Exalted Cyclops and Grand Kleagle (a paid recruiter for the Klan) who was asked twice if he participated in lynchings and twice refused to answer. He said he quit the Klan in 1943, but in in 1944 wrote a letter to segregationist Senator Theodore Bilbo from Mississippi stating, “I shall never fight in the armed forces with a Negro by my side… Rather I should die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again, than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds.” and then in 1946 wrote a letter to the Klan’s Grand Wizard saying “The Klan is needed today as never before and I am anxious to see its rebirth here in West Virginia and in every state in the nation.” Until his death, Byrd sat as President pro Tempore, number three in the ascendancy to the presidency. After his death, Obama eulogized the Klansman as having a ‘heart bent toward justice’. Tell that to his victims swinging from the end of a rope.

    -It was the Democrat Presidents FDR and Lyndon Johnson who introduced the welfare state that destroyed black families, resulted in 70% illegitimacy, and produced endless dependence on the government, aka the new slavery.

    -It is the Democrats who are in bed with Planned Parenthood, the brainchild of eugenicist Margaret Sanger who created the organization with the sole intent of decimating the “degenerate” black population by killing their unborn children in the womb. We know this from Sanger’s own writings. To this day, almost all Planned Parenthood abortuaries are in black neighborhoods.

    -It was Democrats who tried to destroy Clarence Thomas because he had the audacity to be black and conservative. Clarence Thomas described the hearings as a high-tech lynching.

    -It was Democrats who threw Oreo cookies at Michael Steele, sending him the message of “white on the inside, black on the outside.”

    -It was Democrats who questioned whether Obama was black enough and who described Obama thusly, “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy,” (Joe) Biden said. “I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”

    -Harry Reid said of Obama, “[He’s] a ‘light-skinned’ African American ‘with no Negro dialect, unless he wanted to have one.”

    And Bill Clinton told Ted Kennedy, “a few years ago this guy [Obama] would have been getting us coffee.” Step and fetch it fo’ the massa’, am I right? Shouldn’t be surprising since Clinton’s mentors were segregationists J. William Fulbright and Orval Faubus.

    Now shouldn’t you be out enslaving, segregating or murdering black people like your Democrat forebears? Oh wait, I forgot, you do that in the womb now. Margaret Sanger makes you all such subtle Nazis, doesn’t she? Let me guess, you don’t smell the burning bodies in black neighborhoods, right?

    The system is quite easy to understand, if you actually research it.

    For example, Orly, did you check the limit on the number of pages your submission could consist of? You do realize that you exceeded the limit, and they did not even have to read it if they did not want to do so?

    Of course, this also will never be posted on your blog.
    It really would not do to ever discuss the actual issues here. You will of course only allow posts past moderation if they praise you, are written by you, or somehow allow you to present yourself as a martyr.

    I will repeat this because you can’t stand the truth, Taitz. Why is the fact that you were fined $20,000 and are too cheap to post bond pending appeal a fucking national emergency? Please tell us why? While your few remaining supporters may be stupid enough to buy your load of BS most of us are not.
