   I agree. In fact, I even asked the Chief Sheriff on Association of National Sheriffs, if I gave him enough evidence how this man is killing our constitution and other crimes for which you have sufficient evidence, What must we do to have the Sheriffs arrest him. it can only be sheriffs because they are elected by the people, not appointed. Why not concentrate on this, Orly. I know you are sick of all this corruption taking control of America.

   Quo Warranto: Could this not be filed to question by what authority a person who is serving in an office should be there? Should not a person have to show he has the authroity to be there?

   This writ of Quo Warranto seems like would have enough standing to have to go forward with all the evidence at hand.

   Has this been tried. I was reading about this on a web site, and it sounds like something that would have some traction. This causes a person to have to show they have legal rights to serve.

   It is a civil issue with this quo warranto, however the issue before the crimes and treason is a civil issue because this man is not serving legally.

   judges refuse to allow privae citizens to bring Quo Warranto, even though DC statute allows it.
   when Judges are corrupt, the laws are simply not followed. If the whole system of Justice is corrupt; top to bottom, there is nothing you can do, but revolt, as people revolted in Egypt, tunisia and other countries. Laws there were ignored just as they are ignored in the U.S.

   I searched in quo warranto and Obama and realized you must have already been there and done that as did a Ms. Sibley who went so far as to write herself in on the presidential ticket, I guess to have some standing. Well, it seems it has all been baught and paid for. Now what? Perhaps just increasing our numbers and getting strength to present on one fashion or the other what should be here in this country. What is holding these who know back in Congress? This man Obama is going to make Congress useless if they do not stand up to him. When it is a matter of national security, it would seem that the Senate could demand that the House not hold these writs or demands for Justice as the House sits on them and allows our country to be destroyed.

   Its seems as though Obama and his henchmen are daring a revolution of some sort so they will be able to shoot Americans down in the street? Well, it seems that the objectives of the ones rebelling should be aimed specifically and without hesitation or let up, onto those who are preventing Justice and track them until they and those who have injured this nation pay for their crimes in a True court Justice. These people who are usurping our nation should be exposed and dealt with under the law, even to the extent that those playing at being judges and the Law are stripped of their offices they are deserting. If any re-establishing is done, those who stand for the Constitution in it’s entirety should have the binding Law behind them. Those in Truth should not waiver.

   Well, we shouldn’t say that we are done…when things go real bad. We still have our intelligence and hard work and prayer! There are still options, which I won’t go into here!

    blackyb, I thought the judges were standing for the Constitution? You want them to rule against the Constitution and go against common-law precedent?

    Blacyb, look who is running the Senate. One of the biggest Commie Hacks in Congress, Harry Reid! He’s been aiding and abetting these Felony crimes of Treason since 2008. He’s part of the cover up. He is just like Nancy Pelosi. They aren’t after the truth. They are only out to pull cover for Hussein!
