Response to Barack Obama: Mr. Obama, Congressman Akin did not miss a science class. You missed all of your Criminal Law, Evidence, Torts, specifically Defamation of Character Tort and Constitutional Law classes.

No wonder you refuse to release any of your school records  from Harvard law school, from Columbia University, where “Student Clearing House” shows you attending only 9 months and from Indonesia, where your registration shows you under the last name Soetoro,  religion-Muslim and citizenship Indonesian.

At a recent fundraiser Obama attacked and ridiculed Congressman Akin claiming that Akin missed his science class.

Obama continued a vicious campaign of misrepresentation and defamation of Akin’s character.

At a recent interview Akin, who is a pro life Christian, was asked about pregnancy after rape. Akin mentioned that he is not a doctor, but from what he was told by doctors, when it is indeed a case of rape (meaning as opposed to false reports of rape, when a woman has consensual sex and later claims rape) in cases where it is legitimately rape (meaning legitimate evidence of rape ) a woman rarely gets pregnant.

Akin was telling the truth, which is indeed backed by science. Statistically only in 5% of reported case of rape a woman becomes pregnant.

Akin never said that rape is legitimate, he did not state that a woman cannot get pregnant, he stated that a woman rarely becomes pregnant after rape. This can be easily explained by the fact that in case of a violent crime like rape, a woman is in stress, Her Adrenalin level, a fight or flight hormonal level is highly elevated, which makes it much more difficult for her to get pregnant and sustain pregnancy. Below are several links to main stream media, far left liberal publications, such as USNews, ABC and others, which are saying exactly what Akin is saying, “in situations of high stress, it is difficult for a woman to get pregnant”.

So, as we finished the discussion regarding Akin in favor of Akin, who actually understands science and against Obama, who is clueless regarding science, let’s go to other areas, such as criminal law and evidence.

As we know, on April 27, 2011 Mr. Obama posted a piece of computer generated garbage on line, on white house.gov, claiming it to be a copy of Obama’s long form birth certificate.

My question to you Mr. Obama: how many criminal law and evidence classes did you skip? Where you awake at school? Where you anywhere near the school? How about 10 mile radius from school?

Any law student or any person with at least double digit IQ understands that a copy of something is not proof of authenticity, is not a proof of anything. Why are your original birth certificate, original selective service certificate and the original application for the Connecticut social Security number 042-68-4425, that you are fraudulently using, are sealed? Why couldn’t I see the original birth certificate even with a signed and stamped Federal subpoena?

Did they teach you in Harvard a thing or two about the obstruction of Justice. Does a word Watergate ring a bell?

How about Social Security fraud? Did you skip this class as well? Have you heard that using someone else’s Social Security number represents a Social Security fraud?

Can I get a media pass and participate in the white House press conference and hopefully get answers to those questions, so we can figure who skipped some classes and who should be criminally prosecuted.

President Obama laid into embattled Republican Rep. Todd Akin of Missouri for his recent comments on rape and abortion, telling a crowd of campaign donors on Wednesday night that the congressman must have “somehow missed science class.”

“Recently some of you have been paying attention to the commentary about the senator (sic) from Missouri, Mr. Akin, who … the interesting thing here is that this is an individual who sits on the House Committee on Science and Technology but somehow missed science class,” Obama said, drawing laughter and applause.

“And it’s representative of the desire to go backwards instead of forwards and fight fights that we thought were settled 20 or 30 years ago,” he added.

The president was addressing a group of 120 current and former NBA stars and other wealthy supporters attending the $20,000 per plate “Obama Classic” fundraiser in New York City. Spotted in the crowd were co-host Michael Jordan and his fiancee, Yvette Prieto, Bill Bradley, Patrick Ewing, Education Secretary Arne Duncan and Walt “Clyde” Frazier.

“This is my dream team,” Obama told the group at the top of his remarks.

“It’s very rare I come to an event where I’m like the fifth or sixth most interesting person. Usually, people want to take a picture with me, sit next to me, talk to me. … That has not been the case at this event,” he joked.

The event – a trio of fundraisers – included an earlier autograph session and skills camp with many of the stars. Tickets for those were $250 and $5,000 per person, respectively.

“I can’t resist a basketball analogy,” said Obama, turning to discuss the 2012 presidential race. “We are in the fourth quarter. We’re up by a few points but the other side is coming strong and they play a little dirty. We’ve got a few folks on our team in foul trouble. We’ve got a couple of injuries and I believe that they’ve got one last run in them.

“I’d say there’s about seven minutes to go in the game,” he added. “And Michael’s competitiveness is legendary. And nobody knows better than Michael that if you’ve got a little bit of a lead and there’s about seven minutes ago, that’s when you put them away.”

Dr. John C. Willke, writes on the website Christian Life Resources about how pregnancies resulting from rape are extremely rare:

Every woman is aware that stress and emotional factors can alter her menstrual cycle. To get and stay pregnant a woman’s body must produce a very sophisticated mix of hormones. Hormone production is controlled by a part of the brain that is easily influenced by emotions. There’s no greater emotional trauma that can be experienced by a woman than an assault rape. This can radically upset her possibility of ovulation, fertilization, implantation and even nurturing of a pregnancy.

    I didnt know that but it makes sense. We have a blatantly illegal president who is not a natural born citizen because his father was a british subject and the media is dead silent but lets make a huge stink over akin. Everything barry has done or signed is totally worthless because he is not eligible to be CiC

    Maybe I watched too many movies in my life, but I cannot get rid of the feeling, that something is going to happen in Tampa at the RNC convention. Why does Biden go there? Was he told to go there by that misfit in the WH. I am sure Obummer was and is pretty angry about Bidens gaffes, but it is impossible to dump him. So how about getting rid of him at the Republican convention and blame the Republicans. Everything fits so perfectly what is going on in Tampa right now.

    I am one of very, very many who deeply resent and despise Romney and all his RINO buddies for injecting themselves into the issue and piling on and demanding that Atkins with-draw his candidacy. Romney showed his true colors. This is for Atkins and his constituents to decide, not arrogant, know-it-all carpet-bagging party bosses. Hopefully, the Republican party will wake up and nominate a true conservative constitutionalist next week.
