I am utterly astounded that the citizens of this republic are so ignorant that they meekly accept as legally binding an opinion of its supreme court for which they gave it absolutely NO constitutional authority even to consider, let alone decide.

In creating the federation of sovereign states known as the United States of America, we, the people, the true sovereigns of the republic we created through our respective state legislatures, delegated to that federation’s president, congress and supreme court ONLY SPECIFIC LIMITED, ENUMERATED federal powers.

As plainly and clearly stated in the ninth and tenth amendments to the contract agreement that constituted that federation, other than those powers we SPECIFICALLY delegated to our federation, we, the people, reserve and retain to ourselves and our states ALL other powers (INCLUDING the definition of marriage).

Thus, our federation’s supreme court’s “Obergefell versus Hodges” opinion on marriage is therefore legally MEANINGLESS and is NOT federally enforceable, and ought therefore be ignored.

    – George, what’s that noise outside?
    – It’s a parade of coprophiliacs, sir.
    – What do they want?
    – They merely fight for their right of equality, sir.
    – Didn’t get it… Does anybody forbid them to eat their shit at home?
    – No, sir. However they want to eat it not only at home. They fight for that shit be available at every public eatery; that at every street corner one could easily buy a portion of shit on a stick, or order it on a shovel in a restaurant.
    – However it is nauseating and quite unnatural, George.
    – Not really, sir. It is innate; they were born this way and cannot do anything about it. Also, there are plenty of examples of coprophilia in nature: in dogs, guinea pigs, and in many other animals it is natural. Therefore it comes as no surprise that human beings (as a part of the animal world) are also prone to it.
    – George, do I understand it right, that if they achieve their ends, my favorite coffee shop at the corner will serve not only strawberry soufflé but also shit in a cone?
    – Exactly true, sir. Coprophiliacs are absolutely normal people, so they have a right to eat their favorite dish not hiding their proclivities.
    – Oh my God, it will have to throw up on the spot!
    – How can you, sir?! It would be grossly intolerant! At the very minimum they would fine you, though you may face jail time too.
    – For what?!
    – For your prejudice against coprophilia. And by the way, sir, one famous psychiatrist said in his time something like: “If you disgust coprophiliacs, there is a chance that you are also a coprophiliac, though a latent one”, or something to this effect. Therefore I would recommend you to take another look at yourself – and who knows, may be you discover quite new taste experience.

Politics has taken over our Judicial system. The NPR article splashes Judge Moore’s around but doesn’t mention the names of the panel who convicted him for having his head on too straight for the gay media. I wish that the public could be better informed about the impact of all the very serious dangers associated with same sex corruption. The cover ups of the aids epidemic, death rate, security lapses that are brought out about those unions dealing with our enemies should be enough evidence to justify how Judge Moore feels about the issue. But the law is what ever the corruption says it is. I’m sure Judge Moore has no regrets.
