    Who the hell is running the DOJ, Rosenstein or Sessions?

    What business did Rosenstein have in approving the FBI raid on Cohen’s offices when it has nothing to do with the Russian collusion matter, that even Mueller, could not be involved with, therefore, he (Mueller) sent it to the AG of the Southern Dist of NY DOJ, to handle the Cohen probe?

    None of this makes any sense to me, can someone better explain it to me?
