   Thank God there is no chance whatever that Cruz will get the nomination.

   He is the only natural-born Canadian in the race. He was born in Calgary, a fact he does not deny.

   Under our Constitution, Cruz is simply not qualified to hold that office. There is no doubt on this point.

   In response to your recent article concerning Trump and the debate on Thursday as well as your previous articles concerning an Iran deal that is a death sentence to Israel, I am including below my open letter to Doctor Satloff of The Washington Institute. If Donald Trump and others take up “the offer that Ayatollah Khomeini CANNOT refuse,” we can still achieve a genuine and lasting PEACE in the Middle East and far beyond. The $2-3 TRILLION/year from year that GEIP offers can go a long way towards achieving this goal.

   Dear Dr. Satloff,
   GEIP and the “Offer AK CANNOT Refuse”— Verify But LEAD—The Counter-Narrative of PEACE
   I am sure that you and Ambassador Dennis Ross were perfectly serious and sincere in sharing your Bipartisan Open Letter of 6/24/15 noting the weaknesses in the current proposed agreement with Iran.
   I am also being perfectly serious and sincere in stating that my Global Energy Independence Program (GEIP) which can provide a clean, renewable energy source that SAVES $2-3 TRILLION/year of the $5-7T spent annually on energy gives you the precise means to accomplish your stated goals—and much more.
   Simply put, the day that you get Donald Trump, Ted Cruz and Bob Menendez, with or without Hillary Clinton, to agree to publicly endorse this “offer that Ayatollah Khomeini CANNOT refuse,” I will gladly share with you and Ambassador Ross the extremely simple equation underlying GEIP.
   As Ambassador Ross correctly pointed out in his brief reply to me, the “carrot” of GEIP might well not be enough on its own to convince AK to renounce Hate Speech, the support of Terrorism and the further enrichment of uranium while publicly accepting Israel’s right to exist. But when this carrot is coupled with the “stick” of continuing or even increased SANCTIONS against Iran, the combination might well be enough to do the trick. The military option would remain the last resort if Iran even attempted to continue its enrichment program. And even then, you would now have the broad support of the P5.
   Since Russia, China and the EU could all directly BENEFIT from the $300-500 Billion/year that they could receive through the implementation of GEIP, this should significantly strengthen their resolve to enforce this PEACE PARADIGM for as long as it takes for Iran to agree to a genuine and lasting PEACE in the Middle East for the benefit of ALL. No different than landing a man on the moon by the end of the decade, genuine and lasting PEACE is the COUNTER-NARRATIVE that GEIP allows you to pursue.
   Similarly, Countries such as Japan, India and even Turkey would also greatly benefit not simply from the money that GEIP can offer them, but perhaps even more importantly, the genuine INDEPENDENCE that such a clean, renewable and highly affordable energy source could provide them on a permanent basis. So, too, for all other countries around the World.
   Simply put, by deliberately designing the PEACE PARADIGM to be a genuine nonzero sum win-win outcome for ALL involved, the $2-3 TRILLION/year that GEIP can offer can help us get a long way towards the thoroughly doable and utterly necessary goal of PEACE on Earth by 2030.
   Whether we accomplish this important goal or not depends a great deal on what you, Ambassador Ross and others do over the next 60 days. I ask you all to “Verify, but LEAD.” Let us all “make something very GOOD out of something very Bad.” Let these be goals truly worthy of us all.

With the first Republican debate on Thursday, by your Reaching Out especially to Donald Trump and Ted Cruz NOW, you could have broad national support for these proposals well within the 60-day timeframe. By Trump then challenging Hillary and Bernie Sanders to making the “offer that AK CANNOT refuse” a BIPARTISAN initiative, we truly CAN achieve a genuine and lasting PEACE in the Middle East—and far beyond. Rather than rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic and playing violins as the ship sinks, simply take all of the doors and Building rafts or at least more the boat to the iceberg until help arrives. The more that you Think like Scientists, the sooner we will find nonzero sum win-win outcomes that benefit everyone.—K
