a response by a supporter Karl in response to my motion with the Supreme court of MS

Karl

Very good, Orly.

It seems to me that in creating their federation of states, the people of the state of Mississippi and other states never surrendered or delegated to that federal entity their right to enact and enforce election laws.

If so, then Mississippi’s secretary of state’s arrogant and partisan attempt to subvert those laws is legally, ethically and morally entirely out of bounds, and that he ought in stead therefore honor his sworn duty to those citizens to protect the sanctity of their ballots by enforcing those election laws or resign.

I would change the words “sitting president” to “putative president”.

May God give you much wisdom, grace and strength.
