   This is judge needs to be called out on the 11th amendment of OUR US constitution. No, no and no. And if that is Zilly’s ruling then once again we have treasonous judges violating their constitutional oath. This is outright anarchy!!!

   I do not understand all of the legal terminology, but this is a case where Zilly ruled, I THINK, against the plaintiffs,

   and ruled for Eric Holder, instead.

   It is several pages long, and beyond my grasp,but looks like Zilly is prejudiced against patriotism.

   We need to start removing these judges who are ruling against the US Constitution and against their oaths of office.

   We need to petition for recall elections or by funding campaigns against their re-election.

   This is what the Liberals do to judges and legislators who don’t do what they want. They even tried to recall a sitting Governor, Gov Scott Walker.

   Maybe if we remove enough of these judges, the others will get the idea that they cannot legislate from the bench and get away with it.

   I’ve noticed that many times the judge’s name is not even provided in news articles that re specifically about ridiculous or illegal rulings, like ordering businesses to cater to gay weddings for example, or when they issue lenient sentences to violent convicted criminals.

   We need to know who these judges are, so that we can campaign against them and get them removed from the bench.
