   Sorry to inform our good friend Dr. Conspiracy that there is no Statute of Limitations for the act of Treason. Obama usurped our White House and has been blatantly waging war on America. He has time and again provided assistance to our enemies. He meets the criteria for Treason under the Constitution. The acts of fraud and forgery are the least of his worries.

    The document is just a letter written by Larry Klayman, which says Dennis Montgomery’s database contains the names of 156 judges. But only Montgomery knows what’s in Montgomery’s database.

    The 156 judges+ that were “wiretapped” would most likely include Orly’s, says common sense. Obama tapped Arpaio’s judge just recently according to Klayman. Orly’s California judge that ‘changed his mind late’ and the Georgia dirtbag judge are two that come to mind.

    Concerning the Legal Question:

    Doesn’t his knowing use of the forged document, per his usurping authority partially based on it up until his last week in office, when he criminally issued executive orders as President of the United States, in the least start any statute of limitations clock from that point? And as Orly says in kinder words, the bum is drawing retirement based on his falsehood.

    And defying federal judges has precedence. Thomas Jefferson defied the Supreme Court that ruled he had exceeded his authority in enforcing the Embargo Act. Despite the ruling, Jefferson’s policy remained in effect until he left office.

    At the outbreak of the War of Northern Aggression, Abraham Lincoln suspended the writ of habeas corpus, a power reserved to Congress in the Constitution. Chief Justice Roger B. Taney ruled that Congress, not the
    president, had that power. Lincoln ignored it.

    Franklin Delano Roosevelt prepared to defy the Supreme Court that had ruled against his policy to confiscate gold and set prices for farm products. But under threats of court packing, SCOTUS backed down so that he
    didn’t even have to defy its rulings.

    In 2010, Barack Obama ignored a federal judge’s ruling to end a moratorium on off-shore drilling set in the
    wake of the Gulf oil spill. The Obama administration later also ignored a contempt ruling by the same judge.
    Trump should order the agencies under his control to enforce the travel ban.

    Immigration is the seminal issue of our time because it is one part of the globalists’ plans to erase borders and to create One World Government.

    Why has no one looked at Article VI “The supreme Law” and all of the Treaties with the great Britain He was born British and is now Kenyan. Look at their Constitution.     Let’s review:

    Luigi said there’s a document that shows that the judges that heard Orly Taitz’s cases were wiretapped.

    Orly asked to see that document, and I pointed out that the document was only a letter written by Larry Klayman. And that Klayman was referring to Dennis Montgomery’s database, which no one has seen.

    Luigi responded that it is “common sense” that Orly’s judges are in the database.

    Yet for some reason Rod Riddle wants to falsely accuse me of spreading falsehoods.
