A good conversation with a former member of Fogbow

Posted on | February 1, 2011 | 16 Comments

I got a phone call from an attorney, Theresa Lalogia Rowlin, who used to post on Fogbow. She no longer is a member of that forum. She stated that her comments before were on the issues and that she does not feel animosity to anyone on this forum. She stated that a woman by name Patricia, who said that she saw her at one of my hearings is wrong, that she did not attend any hearings.
She stated that she does not agree with inflammatory and defamatory and inappropriate comments made by some. She also stated, that though she is a Democrat and not a Republican, and though she supported Obama during the election, she believes in clean elections and she has nothing against a bill, requiring candidates to provide a certified copy of their original birth certificate. She, also, shares my concern regarding electronic ballot counting machines and believes in paper ballots.
I have to say that all in all it was a peaceful and a non-confrontational conversation. I hope that other members of Fogbow and Politijab, particularly attorneys will follow her example. Unless people are paid to attack, there is no reason to attack, unless someone is paid to obstruct justice and hide evidence, there is no reason to do it. A lot of damage was done to me and to my family and my children. Nasty letters were sent to people I work with, to my husbands co-workers and clients. This has to end. Scott J. Tepper, William Bryan, Rae Diane Shirer and other attorneys or former attorneys should let go. If I will be wrong in my legal actions, so be it. If I succeed, so be it. At the end truth comes out. We saw this with Berg and Liberi and Ostella. Originally they filed their frivolous action, but at the end Liberi admitted on the stand that she is a convicted felon from CA, Ostella admitted that she locked me out from the web site of my foundation and replaced my paypal account with her own. The judge issued an order, saying there was no basis for any of their allegations and all of them were evasive on the stand and not believable as witnesses. Berg is facing a disciplinary hearing, so bottom line, there is no reason for attacks, nothing good comes out of it. So, I am calling on all attorneys from those web sites: Politijab and Fogbow to join me, get to the truth, let’s get Obama’s papers, let’s resolve in a court of law the issue of the meaning of the “Natural Born citizen” and let have a clean election with paper ballots and real transparency next time.

You are such a fucking LIAR. You received no call from the real Tes because she does not hold those beliefs. She is one of my best friends, so I know that she did NOT call you.

Very good, Orly. Good for you being able to rise above this. You are correct; what is wrong with getting to the truth? Let’s see the papers. Anybody with ANY integrity would want this. The ONLY reason anybody would be against discovery is that they have something to hide. It’s that simple. This is NOT an issue of privacy. The people have the right to know whether or not their president is morally, intellectually and legally fit to serve.

She sounds rather repentant…perhaps even some of those on the Left who cheered Obama realize that the 2008 “victory” is his “conquest” over them as well as all Freedom Loving Americans who cherish the Constitution!

you are wrong. I did receive a call, I have her e-mail address, her cell and work number and we made plans to meet and talk. It is her

Really? She lives close enough to meet and talk? You’d better be careful, Orly. It might be a trap. Don’t trust those people!

Why should we believe you? You have done nothing to remove the offensive posts about her, leaving them on your website for anyone to see (and harm her in her business), and Kathy M posted the most hideous comment yet you have not deleted it nor taken Kathy M to task for the nasty insinuation. No, Orly, you have no credibility.

Hey, politi-”pampers,” keep your comments civil! Orly doesn’t need to lie…but a socialist, communist would think nothing of it!! If you can’t handle the truth, go back to your group–(“DreamLand!”).

Don’t “judge others” by your own ways!!

And Orly is NOT going to be duped by any of these Obo’s! She’s had more experience in living among them, when she was a child, then anyone can imagine! So she is fully capable of “reading” the “enemy”!

Publishing Redd’s homophobic slur is poor moderation, Orly – you’re known by the company you keep.

I moved both posts from published to draft. It is 3 am now. it took me some time, as I had to go to my office and later had to deal with other things

Orly, I would be glad to help on the SSB matter if the following can be shown to me:

    1) Authenticated documentation showing that Obama has used more than one SSN number; and
    2) Authenticated documentation showing that individuals other than Obama used the SSN that he purports is his.

Until now, all I see are public databases showing that more than one name are attributed his purported SSN. Given that credit agencies once had me listed as deceased, I am not going to stake my hopes on those databases.

As for the various Birther bills, I have concerns:

I am concerned about their Constitutionality. The Bills basically ask for something that is not in the Constitution, and likely violate the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment.

First, States cannot require more than the US Constitution requires. The state legislators pushing these bills have chosen an interpretation of the Constitution (I guess you can call it the Vattel view), but that goes against the Blackstone View, the Coke View, and pretty much every scholarly view (with a few exceptions. That issue would need to be cleared up, but even if it was cleared up, there are other problems.

Second, some of the bills require the following: original long form birth certificate. Does every state provide a long form? Does the term “long form” differ depending on the state? How can one send the “original” to multiple states at the same time. Some of the bills require a doctor and witnesses to be on the form. Are those states excluding home births, midwife births, or births that occurred anywhere but in a hospital? My birth certificate, for example, has the doctor, but no witnesses. My daughter’s birth certificate is entitled “Certificate of Live Birth” and has no witnesses. In fact, where I live (DC) you do not get a birth certificate from the hospital; rather, you send a request to the health department, and the information is typed on a form and signed by some bureaucrat. For these reasons, I fear they fail under the Equal Protection Clause.

This is all academic, however, since none of the bills have been passed yet.

Politijabber…there you go again exposing yourself to be what YOU ARE: A LIAR. Your actions show it. Anyone who deliberately hides or desires to hide the truth is a liar. Duh!!! Look up the definition. So, you and all your cronies who get bent out of shape at the mere thought of Obama having to prove his legitimate and legal eligibility means you don’t want to find the truth. And you have the audacity to call Orly an “effing” liar for wanting to find the truth??? Grow up. You need a character adjustment.

Orly, I appreciate how busy you must be, but really – I listed Redds offensive slur in a post immediately previous to the one you published. He referred to Fogbow as “fagbow”. Hateful homophobic rhetoric should be discouraged by right-minded Americans.

I am sure it was a typo

Are you familiar with the layout of a QWERTY keyboard, Orly? ‘A’ and ‘O’ are on opposite sides of the keyboard. No typo involved – just hate speech.
