I still do not have an answer: did Attorney Larry Klayman ever file with the Supreme Court of AL a reply to the brief filed by Secretary of State and a reply to the brief filed by the Democratic Party of AL? I can’t find the reply anywhere. Can someone send me the docket of this case? I do not see it on line.

Sec of state of AL filed this Appellee’s brief on April 23rd. Typically the reply to the Appellee’s brief is due 2 weeks later, which was May 7th. Did Dean Johnson and Larry Klayman file a reply to the Appellee’s brief and a reply to the intervener’s brief? If they filed those, can someone forward to me their reply? If they did not file a reply, did they state, why not? What is the average tie for the Supreme Court of AL to render an opinion when the record on appeal is complete?

So far the only challenge filed in FL, was a pro se challenge filed by a voter, nothing was filed by attorney Klayman, even though it was announced, that he would file and moneys were solicited by Article 2 Superpac and their legal fund for Klayman to file challenges against Obama on the ballot in FL and CA
