Constitutionally you are allowed to pursue whatever avenue you choose and you can continue to challenge Obama and his birth certificate. Chuck DeVore simply distanced himself from you and your quest to do so, I am confident he supports your right to pursue but I am sure he wants no part of it.

There is a difference in simply distancing yourself  and embarking on a despicable attack. When Carly Fiorina didn’t want to be involved in the issue, she simply didn’t talk about it.

This is more then distancing yourself. I have noticed that Damon Dunn, Chuck Devore and John Dennis appear together at events. I don’t know if they have the same campaign manager, but they are definitely  supported by the same people and it was an orchestrated attack on me, when the Pleasanton party has invited me and refused to invite Dunn, because of him being a lifelong Democrat and refusing to answer to any requests from Fred Watson, one of the organizers of the Pleasanton tea party, and refused to explain, why did he omit from his voter registration card information about being a registered Democrat in FL.  Devore and Dennis decided to help their buddy by going on full frontal attack on me and orchestrating the whole Los Angeles Times incident. That is a totally disgusting behavior, which you would expect from corrupt politicians.

Until they issue an apology, I am asking  all of my supporters not to vote for them.

I am also asking all of my supporters to contact each and every CA politician and talk show host (Like Brian Sussman) who has endorsed Damon Dunn and ask to withdraw his endorsement based on the fact that Dunn has committed fraud by not providing information on his voter registration card about being a registered Democrat in FL and trying to destroy his voting record in FL by calling the registrar of voters in FL and asking to delete this record. Please let them know that a criminal complaint was filed with the office of  the attorney General of CA. Please ask them not to share the same endosement slate with Dunn, as it reflects negatively on them.
