My paralegal, Ms. Yun, called parties named in subpoenas. We do not have information yet, whether they will apear or not.

We were told that the office of Sheriff Joe Arpaio will call back, Secretary of State of AZ Bennett is out of state. We followed the subpoena to Miriam Goderich of Dystal-Acton publishing with a phone call and phone message. Messages were left for others. As concerned citizens you can call all of the parties that were subpoenaed and ask verification that they will be in court on June 12th and will testify.

Today congressman Sheffetz appeared on FOX with Greta Von Susteren. he complained that Eric Holder does not comply with subpoena. He was saying that if anyone else would not comply with subpoena, he would be thrown in prison for contempt of court.Oh really? How about Obama refusing to comply with my subpoena in GA after the judge denied Obama’s motion to quash my subpoena? Apparently the laws do not apply to comrade Obama or king Obama or caliph Obama (whatever he thinks he is). Please, write to Shefetz, chair of the oversight committee Issa and the rest of the spineless half men sitting on this committee. Please, forward to them all of the subpoenas I served on Obama, director of health of HI Fuddy, Registrar Onaka and others. Even Greta could not take it anymore. She told Shefetz, what is wrong with Republicans on that committee? If Holder is not complying, why do they sit on it for a year and a half, the ball is in their hands, why there are no contempt charges? 

As I’ve been saying for 4 years, if Republicans had some spine, they could act and file the contempt charges. They could seek a warrant for search of the DOJ for needed documents and file contempt and warrant for search of Obama’s missing documents. Demand that they act now.
