Follow up in TX

Posted on | May 12, 2009 | 15 Comments

I got a response from Gov Rick Perry’s office. They are saying that since it is a criminal matter, we need to go to the District  attorneys.

We need to organize groups to cover all of the DA’s offices in TX. I need one volunteer, who will coordinate this effort. I got a similar response from the Attorney general MacKenna’s office in Washington State.

We will need volunteers in WA state also.

In TX, I think the most important DA’s office will be Susan Reed in Austin and also a DA in Beaumont because of officer Dischler’s attempt to investigate. If you want to coordinate this effort- e_mail me to  dr_taitz@yahoo.com. I will forward the dossiers to you. Let’s give it a week and follow up. If  District attorneys don’t prosecute this matter, then we will gather a large group of citizens and will go back to Rick Perry and we will demand for him to becomes one of the plaintiffs.

Orly, how is it that you, as a lawyer, didn’t know that your complaint was a criminal matter? All of the phone calls and letters and time we have spent contacting the wrong people when we could gone straight to the DA. A lot of us are as busy as you are. Please make sure the people you ask us to contact are the right people. Now we have to start at square one and we could have been making real headway if we were targeting the right people in the first place

FYI. Gov Perry has attended a few Bilderberg meetings in the past. The global elites need him to push through the NAFTA Superhighway necessary to create the North American Union, thus opening the borders up with Mexico and Canada. Much work has already been done on this highway. Having said that, he has sold out the people of Texas, and they don’t necessarily like him.

However, he is up for re-election and is being challenged by Kay Bailey Hutchison. Keep this in mind.

We tried DA offices around the country, they refused to investigate. That is the whole point- they football the issue from one to another. We really need to hold them accountable. We need certified mail letters with dossiers sent to each and every DA in TX and then come back to Gov Perry and demand that he joins my law suit representing the state at SCOTUS, specifically because the DAs and US attorneys and FBI are not investigating. Would you like to coordinate the effort?
Gina or Penni or Jody or Lynda- can you ladies coordinate this effort in TX- we need to wrap it up.

Hey JustMe,You are absolutely right about Gov.Perry,I did go tongue in cheek when I heard he was contacted.I also sent a
nice respectful letter to Kay Bailey Hutchinson on her requesting Pres.Bush to shelve the idea of offering amnesty to illegal aliens and border security ,here in Texas.I did receive a nice letter from her staff ,with flowers and pretty words but nothing solid.Seems like our whole government believes they are our masters and we are just sheeple.

    JustMe:

Kay Bailey Hutchison has also attended a few Bilderberg meetings. This web site stated that she attended in 2000 and 2002. But I also read that she attended the 2008 meeting on another web site. As for me, I will not vote for either Perry or Hutchison. I feel like it will be more of the same but only by a different name. I hope this helps you make an informed decision in the up coming election.

This is a reply to the comment made by JustMe. If you are inferring that Kay Bailey Hutchinson would be a better option than Perry for Gov. of Texas, I have news for you. I wrote her 3 letters with many attached documents in regard to Obamas eligibility. Not once did this RINO send me one reply. I thought I would inform you of that before you go and waste a foolhearted vote toward her for Gov. Rick Perry, while he does have some flaws, is light years superior to Hutchinson. Hutchinson needs to go back to her neighborhood and leave us good citizens of Texas alone.

Dr. Taitz: You mention you received a letter from Governor Perry, and in another post you stated you received a letter from Deputy U.S. Attorney Durbin. Could you please post those letters so that we all can see how these elected officials are really treating this issue and failing us all.

    Thanks, and God bless you.

    Orly,
I will be glad to follow up with the DAs and Tom. I don’t have the dossiers or the letter to Rebecca Gregory. Please send them to my email: sams68rt@gvtc.com or tell me where to find them and I will insure they are sent to the appropriate people you desire.

Oh No, I wasn’t saying Kay Bailey was better, I KNOW she isn’t. I’m in full agreement with you on this one.

In Texas, the AG always refers one to the local DA. In many cases these people are pretty political and do nothing. Many are Democrats, without a conscience or sense of truth and justice. Many are partisan hacks, like the ones in Hopkins & Titus Counties. Good luck.

Since Mario Puzo’s lawsuit lists Congress in the list of defendants, is it possible the DofJ has advised the members of Congress to not comment or respond to our letters during this time?
