Look who Secretary of State Bowen and her handlers are really afraid of? They are asking their friends to donate to beat me, I am asking you to donate, to beat them. We need only 1 Sec of state in the Nation to make a difference

Dear Richard,
The field of Republicans who want to unseat Debra Bowen as California’s Secretary of State is now set, and we just received some amazing news — Orly Taitz, the leader of the so-called “birther” movement that has spent years challenging President Obama’s citizenship, is running against Debra for Secretary of State. As you know, wealthy developer Damon Dunn, who says he got into the race at Karl Rove‘s urging, is also running for the Republican nomination. Whoever prevails in the primary MUST be taken seriously because of their ability to raise money and distort the issues through their national right-wing networks. Orly Taitz’ candidacy would be amusing if it weren’t so serious. Her primary reason for running is to challenge President Obama’s citizenship and invalidate the 2008 election. In fact, Taitz has sued Debra twice to try to invalidate Obama’s victory. We can’t let fringe conspiracy theorists use this office to get a foot in the door and undermine our democracy. Debra’s opponents are well connected, and have the ability to raise large sums of money from across the country. We must make sure she has the resources to beat them. We can’t underestimate the importance of this race. The Secretary of State is the one person in state government who is responsible for the integrity of our elections. As we saw in Florida in 2000 and in Ohio four years later, we need public servants we trust in this position, not people with a political agenda. Debra has long served the people of California with integrity. We need her in the Secretary of State’s office, not a conspiracy theorist like Orly Taitz. Please contribute $25 or more today so that Debra can defeat Orly Taitz and her financial backers — whose sole goal is to challenge President Obama’s citizenship and right to be President of the United States! Thank you for your support. We must do all we can to re-elect Debra, and fight against the right-wing radicals backing her opponents. Sincerely, Steve Barkan

It is catty of me to say this,
but the woman looks like a rat.
Yikes.
These blind people are leading
more blind people right down
the garden path. It is
mind -boggling that they
accept the impostor Obama
as legitimate without even
considering the overwhelming
research on his lack of a past.
(or the past that has many
flaws and loopholes).
What a mess for Dr. Taitz
to have to take on, for the
most part, alone.
Millions of people support her,
but only she can stand up there
and face the ignorant masses.
The Lone Ranger at least had
Tonto and Silver.

Somewhere in this board
is the reply from Rochelle
Dalucci?? on March 11 or 12
( I am spelling her name by memory)
who researched Dunn’s
political affiliations.
That is the proof needed for
any newspaper or anyone who
questions the issue, that he
isn’t what he says he is.
Surely, that reply from Rochelle
can be offered up as supportive
evidence. The OC should make it
a front page story.

Bowen does not DESERVE to be Secretary of State. Of her OWN VOLITION she misrepresents Dr Taitz’
efforts by misleading the public stating that Orly is “attacking” Obama’s “citizenship.”
If she can be so facile and/or so insufficient in her assessment, she is a LIABILITY not only for California but for the rest of the United States! Sickening!!

LOL !!!!!!!!
Yeah, like the Dem Sec of State of Ohio doesn’t have a political agenda and is a person of integrity and trust . This is the same person that allowed out of state voters to vote in Ohio for the 2008 election simply by claiming a park bench as their “place of residence” the day before. Yes we need more of this “integrity” of our elections from the Dems.
