Please, call the Health Department in HI and ask for the full name of an official with initials g.k. or q.k., who signed the letter to Secretary of State of AZ Ken Benett

    Why is this so hard to understand?
    The Full Faith and Credit Clause—Article IV, Section 1, of the U.S. Constitution—provides that the various states must recognize legislative acts, public records, and judicial decisions of the other states within the United States. It states that “Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State.” The statute that implements the clause, 28 U.S.C.A. § 1738, further specifies that “a state’s preclusion rules should control matters originally litigated in that state.”

    you give full faith and credit to a valid document not to a piece of garbage posted by Obama onb line. Full faith and credit is given, when the state has credibility, when the original document is produced in lieu of an alleged copy, particularly when there is evidence of forgery in the copy.
    No state, no citizen, no organization should accept any documents from hI, as they are not backed by any legal, acceptal genuine documents.
    This is simply a mob rule, a criminal enterprise is running this state. Obama is doing the same with the whole country. Unless we send those criminals to prison at the very least, the whole country will continue going don the drain.
    It is sickenning to see so many corrupt and dirty judges and officials being criminally complicit
