    Asks court for ‘evidentiary hearing for possible criminal prosecution’

    Orly Taitz, who has, among other cases, one pending at the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of a member of the military wondering whether orders from Obama as commander-in-chief are valid, said the possibility of fraud is one of several concerns in the case.

    “There is such a high probability of criminal acts of identity theft and Social Security fraud committed by the respondent that the undersigned requests this honorable court to use its inherent powers to order Sua Sponte an evidentiary hearing on this particular issue for possible criminal prosecution,” she wrote in her latest arguments that also request the case be moved to Washington, D.C.

    SUA SPONTE: (sooh-uh spahn-tay) adj. Latin for “of one’s own will,” meaning on one’s own volition, usually referring to a judge’s order made without a request by any party to the case. These include an order transferring a case to another judge due to a conflict of interest or the judge’s determination that his/her court does not have jurisdiction over the case.

    Article II Section 8 requirement number 9 states offenses against The Law of Nations are to be defined and Punished. Now that it is established that The Law of Nations in turn establishes that a natural born citizen is one born in the country of parentS who are it’s citizenS, Orly does have some basis for her claims.

    James,
    Where in the US CONSTITUTION is that?
    I checked Article II Sec. 8( there is no section 8 Of Article II in US Constitution that I can find)Article II has only 4 sections.
    I’m not trying to be argumentitive,Ijust need clearification on where you have found this, better to eductae myself (our selves) with where it is written.
    Is it the Law of Nations? Which boof( chapter, page etc…as i can’t locate it, guess I’m missing something.

    Article 1, section 8 mentions the Law of Nations as reference
