I don’t mean to sound ungrateful for all the work Orly has done for us, nor do I mean to criticize her in any way. But she desperately needs someone who can help with her website. This letter to Asst. Attorney Roger West is just another example of something that she intended for everyone to read yet nobody can read it. There are links that go nowhere, and important documents and attachments that are unavailable.

Or am I missing something that I should be doing? I use IE V 8 – would this site be better viewed using a different browser?

Is there someone out there who can help Orly with this site? There must be one person she can trust who has the knowledge and skills to get this site organized and written in such a manner that we can all understand and appreciate the work she is doing. Perhaps a local high school student could help as many of them are very knowledgeable in web authoring. She wants this information to be available to us, but she needs someone who can make it happen.

    Please – someone.

Thank you Molly and Mike – I too could not figure out if I was doing something wrong where I couldn’t see “what was sent”.

Mike, Molly and Patty, Some key holes at Google, with or without their boss’s ok, play around with our stuff on Orly’s web (blog) site. I have seen many strange things take place, and even got into a big email battle with one of those guys who handles Google’s (my) email traffic. Funny thing is, he knew long before any of us – at least a week -that Orly’s claim would be dismissed on Oct 29. I also dislike having to log in more than once, etc. but what the hell, we endure brothers and sisters, we endure.

I too would love to read that letter but will just have to wait til Orly kicks some ass out there.

Appears to me that one of us by the name of
D Albert Sr sent a letter to US Attorney Roger West. Perhaps Mr Albert did not get the attachment attached.

Someone is definitely sabotoging this site.
obama will never let the birth issue to ever go forward.
I’m afraid that Orley’s life could be in danger.
Newspapers, TV’s, media, commentators are all intimidated so as not to bring this issue to the front.
Greater people have been destroyed for lesser issues.
Something dramatic must occur before the people will revolt aagainst the usurper and
    expose a frauduland president.
We almost had one on Christmas day (underware bomber).
The muslim terrorists will come at us again, no doubt about it.
Perhaps it will be they who will be the catylst
    to the fall of obama.

The fall of a muslim due to the actions of other muslims.

Why in blazes hasn’t someone in Congress DEMANDED that a special prosecutor be assigned to investigate all that is going on…from Obama’s fraudulent, cover-up activities and ineligibility to Orly and other attorneys not getting a day in court? It’s like that popular email message going around about Tiger Wood’s sex scandal: the media knew what Tiger and Elin argued about, what iron she used to whack him with, the names of all his sex partners, etc. but they can’t find out any information about BHO! Nor can the FBI or CIA apparently!!!!

Or maybe it’s like Pastor Manning said–the- powers-that-be have ignored this and let this matter slide by for so long that now they’re afraid that they will be charged with treason for doing nothing! They should be charged, too.

Time to write letters again, I guess, asking everyone under the sun to do something before BHO ruins our country.

God bless you, sweet courageous Orly!

Ask the morons someone put in Congress to explain this:

    FIRST CONGRESS . Sess.II. Chap. 3. 1790
Chap. III. — An act to establish an uniform Rule Of Naturalization.(a)

Section I. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States
of America in Congress assembled, That any alien, being a free white person, who shall
have resided within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States for the term of two years, may be admitted to become a citizen thereof, on application to any common law court of record, in any one of the states wherein he shall have resided for the term of one year at least, and making proof to the satisfaction of such court, that he is a person of good character, and taking the oath or affirmation prescribed by law, to support the constitution of the United States, which oath or affirmation such court shall administer; and the clerk of such court shall record such application, and the proceedings thereon; and thereupon such person shall be considered as a citizen of the United States. And the children of such persons so naturalized, dwelling within the United States, being under the age of twenty-one years at the time of such naturalization, shall also be considered as citizens of the United States. And the children of citizens of the United States, that may be born beyond sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens: Provided, That the right of
citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been resident in the United
States: Provided Also, That no person heretofore proscribed by any state, shall be admitted a citizen as aforesaid, except by an act of the legislature of the state in which such person was proscribed.(a)
    Approved, March 26, 1790.
On September 17, 1787, the constitution was signed and agreed upon.

No Supreme Court ruling has been made to rescind this Congressional statement defining “Natural Born Citizen,” nor has any legislation or Constitutional amendment addressed changing this Congressional statement of definition. The “Naturalization Act of 1795” removed the words “natural born”, but did not change the statement that both parents must be citizens. And this act alone is unconstitutional…”natural born Citizen” is a statement within our Constitution, and therefore requires a Constitutional Amendment to change.

Spread the word about all of Orly’s efforts along with that emphasize to everyone that if Congress and Courts will honor their oath of office they must pay duty to the Constitution Article I Section 8 provision number 9 that the Law of Nations is embedded in this Constitution and sets the standard/requirerment for a natural born citizen which BHO does not meet.
Orly is trying to get the courts to admit to and honor this important part of our Constitution.
