Unbelievable! Corrupt attorneys from AG of HI claim that the Sec of State of AZ did not show adequate legal authority that his office needs the records.

PHOENIX (AP) – The attorney general’s office in Hawaii is telling Arizona’s secretary of state that if he wants confirmation of President Obama’s birth records, he’ll have to prove he legitimately needs it.

Special Assistant Joshua Wisch said late Friday that Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett hasn’t done that despite numerous email and phone exchanges between their offices.

Wisch says Hawaii state laws require Bennett to show legal authority that this office needs the records to update its official lists as part of its ordinary work.

Wisch says as soon as Bennett gives Hawaii adequate authority, the Aloha state will verify Obama’s birth.

Bennett said in a radio interview this week that Obama’s status on Arizona’s ballot is in question unless Hawaii verifies his birthplace.

Hawaii officials have confirmed multiple times that Obama was born there.

Thanks for this information Orly. I’ve posted this to my Facebook profile as well.

In my opinion, if Obama is shown to be a foreigner who obtained our highest office through fraud, then anyone in Hawaii complicit in perpetrating this fraud is guilty of HIGH TREASON!

Hawaii officials should think VERY CAREFULLY before they continue to perpetuate this circus fraud.

I pray that Mr. Bennet will stand to his originnal request. If Hawaii refuses to verify Obama’s birth certificate due to a lack of authority from Mr. Bennet, then Obama’s name won’t be on the 2012 ballot.

If Mr. Bennet holds fast and does not list Obama’s name then it will surely be forced into a show your hand court setting. That would be a good thing. As Secretary of State he is the authority as to whether requirements are complied with and his decision.

HA AG are delaying things so if Barry is re-elected again-he will be a dictator who is above the law of Our Constitution. Of course, Barry thinks he is one as he never showed up to GA court after being subpoenaed. All of this is not going away like what the Clintons got away with in Arkansas. Orly, have everyone put pressure on HA AG.

I hope Mr. Bennet, on Monday morning releases a statement that because of the State of Hawaii’s refusal to confirm O-Bozoz’s birth records(because they can’t)they will henceforth delete his name from the ballot in Arizona. I pray to the Lord God that this happens. May other States follow suit.

If Hawaii wants to act like a sovereign country, then the main-landers need to just boycott Hawaii for their vacations.

TRANSLATION: They dare Our Secretary of State to fulfill his (AZ & U.S.) Constitutional Duties! We should let him know we’ve got his back, and appreciate him taking a stance for those of us fighting to preserve an America we love. You can speak to his polite assistants, at the following no., yourself: 602-542-4285 Please thank him for having the courage to stand up for what’s right…for Goodness knows he’s undoubtedly getting an earful from the Obots already moved here to bring pressure against others fighting this fight, too.

Is the SOS “elected” and cannot be removed from office? If so then press on or press on until you are removed – Obama will try anything to keep the information from getting out.

THERE IS NO FORMAL HAWAIIAN BC FOR OBAMA

    ONLY PARTIAL AND INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTATION

because he is a foreign born hawaiian

Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett’s legal authority for his need of Obama’s Hawaiian birth record(s) is the legal authority granted to him under Arizona election law to authorize a candidate’s name being on Arizona’s ballot, and in doing so is acting on behalf of (for the benefit of) the candidate.

Hawaii’s legal obligation to comply with Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett’s request is Hawaii Revised Statute §338-18 Disclosure of Record:

“(b) The department shall not permit inspection of public health statistics records, or issue a certified copy of any such record or part thereof, unless it is satisfied that the applicant has a direct and tangible interest in the record. The following persons shall be considered to have a direct and tangible interest in a public health statistics record:

    (7) A person or agency acting on behalf of the registrant;”
