    What I deciphered was the cali DOJ will not release any records to Dr Levy about Orly Taitz because they claim the agency has an interest which justifies the non release as it outweighs the public interest.

    In other words the DOJ has files they don’t want anyone else to see because it is not in the agencies best interest. A SECRET FILE ! I think thats called brown listing.
