Request for Meet and Confer on motion for clarification.
 
Gentlemen, please find a Motion for Clarification in the attachment.I therefore request a meet and confer conference per local rule 7-4 on this proposed motion to be scheduled tomorrow at 10.am. I can be reached at 949-683-5411. I believe we can have a short telephone meet and  confer conference which would serve every body’s convenience.

On 10.29.09. this court has issued an order granting the defendant’s motion to dismiss.

The order did not state that it was a final order and it did not state that it was a dismissal with prejudice. The order stated that this court does not have jurisdiction to remove the president under Quo Warranto and noted that other causes of action were not fully plead. Wherefore the undersigned counsel understands that the order was not a final order on the case, that since the case was never argued on the merits, there was no adjudication with prejudice and therefore the undersigned counsel can exercise her right to file a second amended complaint on the remaining causes of action within 30 days from the denial of the Motion for reconsideration.

                                        PRAYER FOR RELIEF

WHEREFORE, the undersigned counsel requests clarification and confirmation that the 10.29.09. order was not a final order, that it was not an order with prejudice and that she can exercise her right to file a second amended complaint on all causes of action aside from Quo Warranto.

    Way to go Orly … keep em hopping and guessing. Let em know it ain’t over til its over. All your motions and appeals send Obama a BIG message; “You will not let up until he steps down”. (You might consider beefing up your security.)

    Your continuous slamming away also notifies the judges that their best bet is to dump those who interfere illegally with their court cases and come back to the constitution.

    My letters to the various congress people and senators has not stirred up any steam so far. May be time for the third round, eh? You see, I find your attitude a great act to follow.

    I took the liberty of emailing your article on the Nobel Prize in Chemistry to my friend and renowned author in Israel, Mr. Robert Silverman. Hope you don’t mind.
