Snopes is as reliable as Al-Jazeera in stating truth. However, the movement towards discovery of the birth certificate is growing. I just saw a youtube video at a NJ town hall in which a lawyer and citizens are demanding to know why the constitution isn’t being upheld. “Have him show the birth certificate, it’s as simple as that. No more talk about it…” He said if it isn’t resolved, it nullifies our constitution and establish the grounds for more usurper presidents in the future.

Snopes is is not a huge research organization with hundreds of employees checking facts and cross checking each others findings to come to a consenus as to whether something is “true” or not. Snopes is a website run out of the home of 2 people. The husband does the web design. The wife is the “investigator”. She alone decides what is rumor or not. I’m generally a very level headed person, but I’ve got say from all that I’ve heard (and observed) from this administration there is something very very wrong here.
I mean why would a man who has nothing to hide spend all this money defending himself against this issue if there were nothing to it?
As a veteran of 8 years in the US Military at the time of Vietnam I can tell you we would have been extremely concerned (and vocal) about such an issue.
Why doesn’t he just show the damn paper? This is not going to go away, especially as his (and Congress) confidence numbers are hitting rock bottom, I can see a change coming over America, people are getting angrier and angrier about the many asinine issues that this administration is involving itself with.
If this birth issue is true and it is proven that Obama is not eligible to be the Commander and Chief this is all going to come down like a house of cards, and its anyone’s guess what will happen to America.

If motion for reconsideration is granted, we’ll have trial in 2 months. If I wave my right for motion to reconsider and file an appeal, it will sit in the court of appeals for a year or several years

I am floored. I am a Vietnam Vet and have been in the U.S. 49 years of my life. I went to get a S.S. card replacement and unless I show them my birth certificate, naturalization certificate or a green card they will not give me a Social Security card replacement with my old numbers. They are just replacing my lost one. You have a person holding the highest office in our country and he’s not required to show his birth certificate? I believe if he or whoever is behind him had nothing to hide, they would just show it and stop the B.S. once and for all.
