The main point from his article:

“Article III, Section 2 of the Constitution provides that “[t]he judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treatise made, or which shall be made, under their Authority….” This broad grant of judicial power extends to all the federal courts in the United States, not to just any specific ones.”

 Important! Motion for reconsideration in Barnett v Obama filed. Hearing on Motion for reconsideration has been requested for November 20th.
